    Upon arrival at the hotel today, I was warmly welcomed by Tanya. Her exceptional service and positive demeanor made an immediate and favorable impression. Tanya's assistance with the iron and ironing board, while my hands were occupied, was greatly appreciated. She is a valuable asset to Premier Inn, and I commend her exemplary service.

    Perfect overnight stay. We only needed a bed and shower in a convenient location as attending a wedding nearby. Lovely staff, large spotlessly clean room (it looked recently refurbished) and comfortable beds. Hotel quiet and we weren’t disturbed by road noise despite room being at the front of the hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It restored my faith in the brand after a disastrous stay at a Premier Inn near Gatwick airport at the beginning of the summer.

    Terrible room cleanliness Broken cabinets Leaking pipes Mold on the bathroom ceiling Dust Toes Stained carpets General dirt through out the room Shocking £200 for 2 nights disgusting. We have contacted premier inn about this and they have refused to acknowledge this and saying they are not interested . Photos don’t lie guys beware
