"Little disappointing"
It was a good stay as far as Premier Inn is concerned. Comfy bed which you can rely on. The tv was unforgivably small. 20 inches at best. Thin towels which were not so great. Dinner over the road in the restaurant was poor. Staff are lovely though. No coffee machine at breakfast neither as it was broken

"A destination hotel rather than just a bed for the night."
I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The restaurant also gets 5 stars. It acted as a pub and a dining room and it had a great atmosphere. The staff again were welcoming, incredibly hard working and very efficient. A real shout out to them.
I only stayed for one night but could easily have stayed for longer.

"I was satisfied with the local bar and the area"
The location was very easy to fine, the atmosphere was both warm and welcoming. The room we were in was 10/10 and fantastic value for money, it was very clean there was a little noise but nothing to concerning ( you could of easily slept through it).
Service was amazing and always with a smile, the amenities was very accessible and clean.

Had a really lovely stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing night. The bed was especially comfy and we slept really well. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, making check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Courtney, who was especially friendly and made us feel really welcome. She's a credit to your company.
The location is also really convenient with easy access to nearby shops and amenities. Overall, excellent value for money – would definitely stay again!
