"Wifi needs a better system, cleaning more."
Location is perfect, 3rd year we have stayed there and as per usual the staff was lovely and friendly including the restaurant staff. The room its self was clean however the hand wash and bits was rusty and dirty, in between the shutter and net on top was filthy, standing fan was loose on the back and covered in dust and also the little fan on the desk was covered in dust,no clothes hangers and I paid for ultimate wifi and when me and my sister went in the second night for the other code I was told to go back at 10pm when someone else was in, I went back and the system to get the code had crashed. We got online about midnight so in a way it was a waste of time getting the wifi as we ended up going out after being told to go back later. Yes they have work going on and it did not wake any of us up and we were right at the front. The lady on the front desk in the morning Saturday and Sunday is always so nice. The restaurant needs to improve the breakfast.

"Shocking state of this Premier Inn"
If I could leave a review without stars I would.
Absolutely filthy from the moment we walked through from reception. Fire doors propped open and in one of our rooms a sock was placed over smoke detector!!
Contacted Guest relations no response in the 8 days quoted had to phone again. All 3 of the 4 rooms we had were all in the same state the 4 th room was in the annex and slightly better. Received £40 refund on a two night stay as they could see it was a bit dusty!! I would call it absolutely filthy.

This is the most filthy room I have stayed in. I would give it a zero rating. There was a build up of dust, not just recent, on the carpets and paintwork. The windowsill was filthy., there was a fan in the room, covered in dust as no air con. There were holes in the blackout curtains letting in the light.There is also building work in progress, so was woken up at 7.30am. Customer service awful

Disgusting dirty place , smoke alarm was covered with a dirty sock!
The fan was so dirty you couldn’t turn it on . Nothing at all was clean .
No basic cleaning takes place here.
Had to ask for cleaning materials to clean room as no other rooms available.
No air conditioning so BE AWARE !
Even the staff agree how dirty it is. .
