"This bar is to be avoided."
The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff lovely. However, the bar manager and his associate were quite disgusting as they behaved in an appalling manner. How dare they pre judge a lady dining alone. Not by choice I might add as my husband has sadly passed way. My advise would be to dine in the restaurant but don’t visit the adjacent bar.

"A super stay & welcome from the team at the Premier Inn, Corbetts Lane, Caerphilly"
I stayed at this location on 23/10/26 & was very warmly welcomed by Lianne on reception.
In the morning, I opted for an early breakfast where I was again warmly met by both Bev & the Chef, Baz.
Bev was very welcoming & made sure I received exactly what I wanted, which I did.
A huge call-out also goes out to Baz, the Kitchen Chef for preparing & serving up an amazing cooked Breakfast. Even Baz popped his head out to make sure everything was ok, even asking me if I wanted anymore ! In any case, the Breakfast was awesome.
So thank you Bev & Baz & Lianne, for the "chats" too! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you all.
Finally, another thank you goes out to the House-keeping team, who are so often the un-sung heroes of a Hotel for the effort they put in to making my room so clean & tidy....Thank you guys.
In any case, I will most definitely pop this Premier Inn on my list of stays again & I place on record my sincere thanks to all the team, especially, Lianne, Bev & Baz for making my stay with you that little more special.
Keep up the great works guys..........

I had a lovely stay the staff were amazing especially Vicky and Sarah on reception they went above and beyond for me, organising early check in for me due to visiting family plans for the day. Also they refunded me breakfast that I had pre paid for the morning after because I had to leave really early in the morning and skip breakfast. Love staying here on a regular basis from travelling from Wigan to see my family in Llanbradach and Pontypridd. Will recommend to any traveller and the breakfast I’ve had in the past are amazing!

As Premier Inns go this was probably one of the best.
Usual standard of bedroom of course.
The new breakfast room worked very well.
But it was the staff here that were exceptionally good and welcoming. Very friendly and the lady at breakfast was extremely helpful.
