"Premier Inn / Toby Carvery Corbets Lane Caerphilly"
Arrived at a tired slighly shabby Premier Inn together with thirty eight friends on a motorcycle trip. USB charging ports in room(s) not working. The adjacent Toby Carvery was very poor. Organiser booked a room for all of us to eat payed £100 deposit and told it would be reimbursed to him when we arrived. Manager on the day refused to reimburse stating the money had to be taken off the bar and food bill between the 38 of us ??? Carvery very average. Alternative menu very poor. Bar closes at 2130hrs all persons told to leave by 2200hrs.......

Service was amazing. Probably the nicest premier inn I've stayed at. Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

"An excellent example of a Premier Inn"
We were welcomed and our room was very good. We had an accessable room on the ground floor. We had the hotel's bed and free breakfast offer and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Good but needs urgent updating"
Location is good and possible to walk to town. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with friendly chef who will cook to order and do different eggs. The rooms were clean and easy to get extra coffee etc. The main negative was just that the hotel is in urgent need of updating. It seemed more like a £40 travelodge rather than premiere inn. The bathroom had not been updated since 1990 and it just wasn't to the usual premier inn standard. It was also expensive for the quality of the room. Would not return and would go to the more modern travelodge next time.

"Great for an overnight stay"
Didn't look appealing from the outside but received a nice warm welcome. The bathroom was clean and the bed very comfy. No noise heard and slept very well would have preferred a walkin shower instead of having to step in and out of a bath tub. Only provided with one towel and we needed 2
Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good
