Surely one of the most comfortable beds ever!
Despite the location the room stayed surprisingly quiet through the night.
Staff were all lovely.

We often use Premier Inns for short trips in the UK and they’ve always been reliably clean and comfortable places.
Surprisingly, and unlike other locations, this place had no bottled water available in reception. It turned out that this was the least of our worries. The room had no wi-fi, no air-con and was tatty and dirty. The bathroom, while functional, obviously hasn’t been upgraded in a very long time. The worst bit was the bed with hard uncomfortable pillows and an itchy feeling like we were being bitten all night making it impossible to sleep - I dread to think the cause of this!
On the plus side, the staff were polite, so no problems there. We paid over £100 to stay here and it really didn’t represent value for money

A very pleasant stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only reservation is that although there is in-house Wi-fi there is no internet connection rendering my phone and tablet all but useless!

It’s like being in a sauna, room was 32 degrees, no air con, when asked to move rooms and said it was above legal maximum was met with the response on ‘well try working in it’ . Overall,needs updating. Various holes, missing paint, missing bedside tables, not enough towels. Better rooms in the area for less money.

A lovely clean and tidy hotel. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The breakfast was extremely good value and delicious. We will definitely stay there again if another concert in Cardiff arises 🥰
