"Accessible wheelchair friendly."
Easy and enjoyable stay at this hotel for our family. We stayed in the accessible room with roll in shower/ wet room which was huge and very clean, well looked after. Great room for wheelchair user, just be aware the bed is slightly lower than average.
Easy check in/ check out with super friendly staff member.

"Average cheap hotel which could not offer us breakfast."
7 of us stayed in 4 rooms at this Premier Inn for one night. The beds were comfy and the room was fairly clean. Our bathroom was tired and tiny. The shower curtain had lost a couple of rings so sagged. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so the mirror steamed up. Air con was good and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
The biggest issue we had was we could not get a table or multiple smaller tables for breakfast. What hotel cannot provide breakfast for all its guests?! We tried to book a time at check in andwere offered either very early or far too late. We declined and tried again in the morning. Nothing until after 10:30! We walked over the bridge to Sainsburys and had breakfast in their cafe. No booking issues and no long wait for food.
I would have given this hotel more stars if we had actually managed to have breakfast there.

Stayed for one night - our room needs urgent refurbishment . Some filler and paint would help . £96 for one night . Room was very poor even for the Premier inn basic standards. Good location and parking £6.00 for 24 hours.

"Not so premier"
Checked in via Kiosk. Seemed easy.
Went to room and got horrible smell. Went to reception, no option but to live in there until next day as no cleaning staff was available.
Used my perfume to spray every hour to stay in that room.
Got told by the reception staff that booking the breakfast on website is not enough, you also need to book a table. Wow! What was the point of having kiosk then? Avoid the kiosks, just go to staff. Huge disconnect between systems and people.
Next day room gets cleaned. Seemed much better until 3-4 hours when the same smells return back. So not the best experience.
Now to the good part.
It was easy to get to the rooms. Lifts were nice and easy process in and out. Location os great, Tesco nearby. Easy walk to city centre and lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Parking is close by and costs 6£ per day and you can use ringgo app to pay.

We have stayed at Waterfront quite a few times now ,everytime the team can't do enough .Always helpful, friendly and ensured we have a good stay .
Andrea really made our stay special ,a big Thank You .Bradley checked us in again ,made sure we had all we wanted.
