      "Average but expected."
Stayed recently at the Swansea Waterfront Premier Inn. Overall it was a decent experience but with a few drawbacks. The location is great, right on the waterfront and within easy reach of local attractions. Staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel welcoming. The room itself was very basic. The amenities were minimal and the TV was quite small. The flooring in the room was surprisingly loud, every step echoed which could be a bit annoying, especially at night. The free WiFi was very limited, so if you are planning to get any serious work or streaming done you will need to pay for the upgraded WiFi. Luckily the purchased version worked very well. Not the most luxurious stay, but if you are looking for a clean simple base with a great location and excellent staff, this hotel does the job
"Cheap Cheery and Good Value Stay"
Comfortable little inn easy to find and reasonably priced. Not a fussy decor but it was clean. Secure facility. Reception was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was cheap and plenty to eat, both hot and cold. Close CBD on foot. Sea views.
      "Below expectations"
We have stayed at many Premier Inn's in last few years with our young son and have always had really positive experiences therefore we didn't hesitate to choose this hotel as our destination for a 2 night stay whilst we visited the LC waterpark and plans to enjoy a day at the Mumbles. On arrival the only way to describe our first impressions is the word 'grubby'. It does not feel as if this hotel has been maintained. Compared to other premier inn's we have frequented it just wasn't up to the same standard. Our room smelt 'musty' and it was clear there was damp in the bathroom. We asked for the room to be serviced during our stay but when we got back at 7.45pm on Friday after a busy day visiting the Gower and Mumbles we were really disappointed to discover this had not been done. The Beefeater attached to the hotel appeared dirty in parts. Sticky carpet under foot which is never a good sign. The staff in the Beefeater were lovely, however, and did a great job. We enjoyed a meal in the bar area and the team that were on Thursday 29th were fab! We wish we had not booked for breakfast in the price as we didn't feel it was adequate for what we expected. Cereals not replenished from the day before despite us going for 7.30am breakfast on the Saturday morning. The whole place needs a freshen up. Sorry:(
      "Lovely location"
Lovely helpful staff in hotel and restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast. The room was clean, well maintained and quiet. The beds and pillows as always with Premier inn were comfortable A lovely place to stay when visiting Swansea -close to city centre and close enough for walk to beach along waterfront
      "Pleasant stay"
Lovely 4 night stay, staff all very lovely. We have been coming here for the last 10 years. Hotel is ideally placed for a lovely walk into the city weather permitting. Lots of car parking space but make sure you park in-between the lines or the carpark warden will have you. Our hotel room overlooked the waterside which was lovely. Room was nice and clean but sadly the bathroom had seen better days and could do with a makeover. Hoping that they will introduce their premier rooms here as always handy to have a fridge and have the little upgrades. All in all a lovely stay .
