    "Upsetting stay with poor guest service and not able to meet disabled customers needs"
    The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are extremely dated with a small tv and broken heating system so the room was like a sauna. We had a horrible stay here as we travel with a disabled child with learning difficulties who can’t walk properly. We took him back to relax in the room on Saturday afternoon and at 1pm had a knock on the door from a staff member who informed us that a guest below has complained about us as he works nights and is trying to sleep. We explained that we have a disabled child in the room who paces and can’t walk properly to which the staff members response was ‘you sound like a heard of elephants.’ This was an extremely inappropriate and insulting response after us telling her of our disabilities and needs and was very upsetting. We spent the rest of our trip trying to stop a disabled child moving in our room and it was distressing to say the least! Do better with your disabled guests in future!
    "Comfortable stay with great service (6–9 October 2025)"
    I stayed at Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront from 6 to 9 October 2025 while away on a work trip, and I had a really pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location overlooking the water — perfect for a peaceful evening after a busy day. The staff were excellent throughout my stay — friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the team made everything feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked items. It was also lovely having the Beefeater restaurant next door for dinner — the service and food there were consistently good all week. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with fantastic staff and great value for money. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Swansea.

    Enjoyed a lovely meal last night with family. Ann and Andrew were our servers and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely go back when we are visiting again.

    Pros: nice location, comfortable bed, tesco express next door, large room, very secure Cons: Minimal info from reception staff; no info on where breakfast was, no info on wifi. Got to room and realised I had to pay for fast wifi which then didn’t work. Because I paid via virgin, reception staff weren’t able to help; had to call virgin and wait on hold. Bath had a chip in it, lots of rust and dirt around taps/plug. Breakfast not great - had to provide a time I would come down the night before, despite doing so quite a few things had run out (no mushrooms, 2 sad eggs left, dregs of berries, no bananas). I didn’t pay for the room but I wouldn’t have been impressed if I had. No idea how much it cost but I wouldn’t pay more than £50 a night.
    "Lovely room, view and hotel"
    Lovely clean room with a beautiful view of the Marina. Arrived on my own late at night but was made to feel welcome and safe. Handy Tesco downstairs and ample paid parking right by the hotel. Lovely bath as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay again next time I am in Swansea
