Swansea Waterfront hotel

Don't park outside go to another Premier Inn they just ticket you for nothing I'll never visit swansea again

It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. An item was left in the room and somehow managed to dissappear into thin air. My fault for leaving my pillow there but just a few hours after checkout it had vanished. If you need to eat on arrival then make sure you book. They aren't taking walk-ins, even for guests. This is due to the Beefeater closing on the 10th of September. It was a bit of blow as I arrived late but thankfully my meal deal was honoured and the staff were great.

Do Not Stay Here Mum and I arrived Wednesday 26th August 2026 at 16.00hrs from a 5.5 long journey to this hotel. To be greeted by a very uninterested member of staff. My elder mum had just driven the last leg of the journey and excited to of arrived. I wish i had checked in online before we arrived. Recepionist just didnt want to be there. Very robotic and very unhelpful. She checked us in and we paid far too much for what we didnt get at this hotel. I will be writing to head office today No hot water anytime of the day We found the room at 30oc unbearable No proper welcome No information re meals No fridge in the room Miserable unhelpful staff Only 1 lift working out of 2 Car park online Ringo app set up not worth the hassle. She gave us the keys for the 3rd floor room. We went up to the room to find it 30oc so we returned to the reception to the same miserable member of staff and requested a stand alone fan. She was very uninterested the a/c would take a while to kick in. She suddenly said what room are you? Hello wake up you just checked us in ? Seriously !!!! Oh I will send a fan up. We got the fan within minutes. So it then cooled the room much quicker as we were unable to open the sealed window No mention by the reception re dinner or breakfast Hence we missed breakfast as couldn't get in not knowing we had to book in. Admittedly we didn't book meals in advance as visiting family. Breakfast finished at 10am. We also tried to book in for dinner to be told we were 10 mins late and the kitchen closed by 20.45 I will not back The hassle of the carpark we will never return We put the 2* only because we were in an ideal area for meeting family. The beds were comfortable but the lack of a/c in the hotel was not ideal. It's a good job the usless beefeater is now closing for good as not for us at £20 a head for a setmenu at night Overall we made the most of a bad situation It's really sad as we have been and stayed back in2015

Very much in need of refurbishment. Rooms very basic and tired looking esp for the price. We booked because it said they had air con in every room. It didn’t work in the first room and was very hot on arrival. We had to try two other rooms before we got one with working air con, and still it did not go below 19 degrees and thick winter quilts so exceptionally hot! Bed was large and fairly comfortable other than being hot. Would not stay again.

We stayed at the Waterfront from Friday 14th to Monday 17th (3 nights). I had issues with the room and asked to move to the other side of the building to escape the noise coming from Tesco fans. Was told no can do until I received a phone call a few hours later to be told we could be moved. This was greatly appreciated. They even left a few treats for my daughter in the new room. New room much quieter but extractor fan not working. Bed was comfy and the next two nights I slept. This was good service in the end. Sadly - only one lift was working on arrival. Rooms are looking tired. No toilet roll, just the machine like at school. Room wasn't ready on arrival even at 5pm. Very pricey for the issues faced. But thanks to the team for getting us moved.
