Swansea Waterfront hotel

What i liked- The beds and bed linen at Premier Inns are always first class. Lovely location Bath available in the bathroom What i didnt like - Couldnt open the window Aircon very noisy Weird smell in the room which i think was the shower curtain Disappointing view - not a waterfront view!

Just got back from a stay at Waterfront. We booked 2 rooms. I standard double and an accessible room. Rooms were clean and spacious. However the accessible room was anything but accessible. Bed, toilet and shower chair all lowered. Some electric plugs at the skirting. We contacted reception and they were understanding and the only thing they could help with was a single truckle bed which would be higher. They quickly wheeled one in, made the bed up and rearranged the furniture. This helped but the wet room/toilet was still a struggle. When booking an accessible room please make sure it will suit your needs as this certainly didnt. All that said the staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help.

Good clean hotel with good reception staff and easy check in. Really good beefeater part of the hotel which unfortunately will shut down in September. we've been coming here for the last 8 years at least 3 or 4 times a year, we may rethink once this shuts down.It's a shame as we have no faults with the hotel itself

If all you want is a bed for the night, this is the place. Positives… -Good breakfast -nice hot breakfast -Comfortable bed Negatives - Breakfast had to be booked - you cannot just turn up - and if you don’t book you may be turned away - Seemed like one man was manning the breakfast alone - Stains on sheets and pillows - Outside of the hotel looks very bleak

I stayed at these premier inn for one night it was nosey rooms Where dusty mould in bathroom bed was uncomfortable got bitten by something in the bed legs and body was full of bites staff could not move me as hotel was full had no sleep also staff where rude to a Guest when I was leaving told they person they cant come back and they have broke they policy of the hotel that person did nothing wrong and I feel bad for the person staff member told guest they couldn’t come back outdated furniture bathroom bath had crack in the tiles sharp edges cut my self to
