Swansea North hotel

Good location and a clean and spacious room. Unfortunately the staff weren’t particularly welcoming or helpful, other than one employee who helped me with an issue with my television! On three occasions I went to the reception which was manned; had no acknowledgement that I was there, no eye contact and when I spoke to them, I was told that they couldn’t help me as they weren’t receptionists! Equally the majority of the staff seemed to treat guests as an interruption and were quite rude. Such a shame as I have never experienced such poor customer service from any other Premier Inn that I have stayed at

Very helpful staff , even when you bumped into them in the corridors, they always said hi. Rooms where clean and fresh and as always beds where extremely comfy. Guy on the front desk sorted our 2 rooms so we where nxt door to each other. Location is great with an asda store 200yrds over the road. There is also a fish an chip shop, an ice cream parlour, a Greg's bakery. All within 100yrd from hotel. Also just across the small roundabout there is a KFC and Burger King, so plenty of options if you dont want yo use the hotel restaurant. Will definitely return.

Premier inn Upon arrival we noticed that there were some cleanliness issues. Due to us arriving late, being very tired and having a tired toddler, we didnt want to have to move room so didn’t bother with reception. Nor did we want a cleaner to come in to the room to clean what they were meant to have cleaned before check in, whilst we are trying to get our toddler to sleep. The Main room seemed tidy. Unfortunately though, the rest wasn’t. Door frames dusty, fluffy and dirty. marks on bathroom wall that looked like blood, Very dirty skirting boards all round. Various mould marks in bathroom and in main room on ceiling. Clearly these areas haven’t been cleaned in a while and unfortunately isn’t really acceptable to rent out a room with various areas of visible mould. Not a very clean room by any standards. I expected better as would anyone. After contacting premier inn, they weren’t interested in seeing any proof, just the spiel you’d expect from someone who doesn’t care, effectively blaming me for not bringing it to the reception’s attention. No compassion. I didn’t expect a full refund but something back due to the filthy room but nothing. Breakfast was lovely and staff were polite. I would not stay here again and advise others to not bother either.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying in premier Inn. Brewers Fayre staff are very friendly. Special thank you to Angela. Stayed 1 night while working in the area. Check in was easy, friendly & helpful staff. My room was in a different building to where the reception was but only just across the carpark. The room was clean, comfortable & a nice temperature. The shower was hot & powerful. There was an attached restaurant, I had an evening meal & breakfast. Nice tasty food at good prices. Would definitely stay again.
