"Sort out your tv channels please."
Nice place to stay but your tv’s need sorting out after a long drive and a meal it’s nice to lie in bed and watch tv.
Only 5 channels most of them a version of channel 5, no app’s . Come on folks sort this out.

"Would find somewhere else to stay"
Room was not particularly clean with cobwebs and bike tire marks. Towel was badly stained/dirty and had to get it exchanged.
Wall needed repair, mould in bathroom around bath
Very poor response from customer relations who said we hadn’t complained on the day to the staff (who were awol when we were checking out and would have complained).

"Clean Bed and Shower - All we wanted as we were hiking"
Perfect location - pub food nice. Clean bed and clean shower. There are lots of biking/hiking people in here due to location. Good value ideal for a hiking weekend. Good Value and a clean bed and shower. If your looking for a posh break away this isn't the hotel, its somewhere to stop over. Staff helpful to.
