"Not what we expected!!!!!!!"
We booked and paid for a Premier Plus Double room, two months prior to the trip, but on arrival we were put into a 'Standard Double' room after being told that there were no Premier Plus Double rooms available! Their 'guest relations' department offered no real apology saying that it was a 'mix-up' and offered us just £20 to 'keep quiet'. We stay in a lot of Premier Inns around the country, so Come on Premier Inn, your better than that?
"Great Experience!"
We booked a room at 11pm (after we abandoned a cottage we had booked but were not impressed with), arrived 20 mins later, family room was ready and staff offered to store our bottle of milk in their staff fridge for us! Room was spotless. It was a welcome retreat after a stressful evening. Breakfast at the Beefeater was lovely too! Thanks Premier Inn!
"Beautiful place and great hotel"
Everything was perfect for my stay and couldn't of gone any better at premier inn is wonderful including the price and the bed is amazing staff are welcoming and friendly and helpful rooms are immaculately clean h

Very nice hotel staff are great especially mando @ the bar took time to be friendly and pleasant to be fair this experience of premier was a game changer
"Dirty and needs some maintenance work"
Bed was dirty, the shower was covered in other people's hairs. Just not been properly cleaned very poor condition shower head was leaking so the shower wasn't powerful. Needs some attention
