"Ideal location for a visit to the Royal Mint Experience"
Easy to find with plenty of car parking space. We were given a warm greeting by friendly and helpful staff and all staff we met during our stay were the same. The hotel room was clean and well maintained and very quiet.

The staff were excellent , especially the day we arrived . Although a little bit more expensive , the room was immaculately clean , and clean smelling . The restaurant next door was a Beefeater , and the food we ate there was delicious . No moans about anything . Good place to stay , lovely people
"Bad Experience"
The hotel and room were spotless and clean but the pub next door for your meal was disgusting - I had my meal arrive at my table with a human hair in about 30cm long!! - The hotel was good with no issues it was just the pub meals and the pub manager never even approached me to apologise
"great stay at Inn"
We had a Lovely stay at Llantrisant Premier Inn. Very comfy bed. Loved the shower. friendly staff in the hotel reception. We upgraded the room to one with aircon. Great choice for breakfast from hot cooked food to cereal, yogurts, fruit juices. will definitely come back soon.

Well received by Lisa and Kelly Very good customer care from both of them . They even offered to assist me carry my luggage but I was ok I have visited on a number of occasions and always enjoy my stay. The service and facilitates are quite good. Just keep it up
