    "Great concept and great staff"
    It's an amazing concept, everything you need for a night's stay! Bar and restaurant open til 3am, free foozeball table, free hairdryers, free ice-water, free ironing room with facilities and free parking. Relaxing chill area with giant TV, great atmosphere, amazing staff, especially the nights Milad, Tom & Evan all are very friendly and welcoming. More Zips are needed around the UK

    I am here while writing the review and although I know this is branded to be a budget hotel, the smell that hit me when opening the room door was terrible and then much worse when opening the shower door. There is dust in every inch of the room and overall, I just can't wait to leave. There is however free parking and The front staff are brilliant here though and very friendly and helpful but there is not much that can be done by them
    "Stop gap to and from hospital"
    Stayed here with my daughter, for 9 nights, while my grandson had major spinal surgery in the Heath hospital Cardiff, very clean, staff all friendly and helpful, food and drink available until 3 am, couldn't ask for anymore,
    "Great value"
    Great idea I spend a lot of time in premier inns. One or two issues, lack of air in the cabin once air con is off. Mattresses are a little bit memory foamy with reflective heat.

Whether you’re sightseeing in Cardiff or staying over on a business trip, you’ll only be a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Our small rooms have been cleverly designed for a basic stay with just the essentials – an en-suite bathroom, a comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. ZIP rooms come with either a sealed frosted window or a colour changing light box – if you have a preference, please speak to a member of our crew at check-in and we’ll see what we can do! Downstairs, you can grab a light bite and a drink from the bar, watch Sky Sports, play table football in our chill out area, or get some work done in our booths.
