Excellent check-in experience, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Checked thee room as I arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service

Was greeted by Kim, lovely friendly lady on the front desk, lovely clean building and bedrooms was spot on, will return

Would recommend, Kim allowed me to check in before 12pm which was great for work. Rooms were clean & cool In the heat. Breakfast was good also.

We had a lovely stay for a couple of days while attending my sister’s wedding. We stayed in the family room and arrived a few hours early as we were travelling from Essex. Kim, the manager, was absolutely brilliant. She could see we were a little stressed when we arrived and kindly suggested we go and get something to eat while she worked on getting our room ready. Within half an hour, the room was available for us, which was a huge help. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim. When we needed extra pillows, she sorted it. When we needed an iron and ironing board, she sorted that too. She even gave my boys some biscuits, which was a lovely touch. Premier Inn is very lucky to have a manager like Kim—she provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. The room was clean, the food was good, and overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend this hotel to others. My only minor suggestions would be that family rooms could benefit from a larger bin and a bit more storage space, especially when staying with children. Thank you to Kim and the team for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

We stayed for a night and we booked two rooms. I have stayed with premier inn many times and this was by far the worst experience. It was extremely hot that day and on top of that there was no AC in one of the rooms. Alongside that the fans they provided had absolutely no air and we were left in the heat all night. It was extremely disappointing and premier inn need to improve their fans and services during the heatwaves.
