Stayed here whilst working locally. Decent Premier Inn, good food and friendly staff.

Excellent staff, good clean rooms.

Front of house staff were exceptional, Room was ready early ,clean and as expected. Would highly recommend

Great for airport stay. We booked two rooms for our early morning flight. The weather was very warm one room was air conditioned and very comfortable and we all slept well, but the other room was only cooled by a fan which didn’t do much for the four people in it. Room was very warm and they didn’t sleep very well at all.

We stayed the weekend whilst Metallica were playing at the Principality - the parking is large and free and the check in was easy with all staff we spoke to being very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great nights sleep on both nights. The only thing I would warn (and this isn't the fault of the hotel at all) we didn't check the cost of a taxi into the centre but as it was less than 5 miles - how expensive could it be? It turns out it's around £25 each way (not surge pricing, just standard prices) On the Sunday we ended up waiting an hour for the bus to get into town as no taxi would come for us and then waited 2 hours for any Bolt/Uber/taxi to agree to bring us home at the end of the night at an inflated price! We thought it might be easy enough to walk but the walking route is very different to the driving route and not really do-able at midnight! Probably a unique experience as I'm sure if you're in town at a normal night without a large event on it'll be much easier. We did save a lot of money by staying out of town but the hassle getting to and from was a lot so I probably wouldn't stay whilst there was a big event on unless you're driving into the centre.
