"Standard premier inn experience"
Stayed 1 night in June 25 Good - free car park and plenty of spaces, good reception check in, clean room, warm room, good size tv in room, hot breakfast was waiter service but good quality compared to other premier inns Bad - nothing to note, just a standard premier inn stay and experience
"A nice refurbished new style premier inn"
Out of all the premier inns I’ve stopped at this is certainly one of the nicer ones. Recently refurbished rooms and a good restaurant attached next door. Staff were also incredibly helpful too! Will certainly be stopping here again. Plus great links via motorways
"Cardiff stay"
We were lucky that we got a fully done room. Not a nice view from out of the window and even for a new room, the shower plug was rusty. I recommend bringing your own pillow because the ones given are uncomfortable. Absolutely lovely staff at the reception and Jackie at the beefeater. A bit strange how I’m the evening, there was a limited supply of food, for example: only had a choice of rump steak from the steak selection. The breakfast is decent for a premier inn, but once again had a limited supply of food. Overall, the meals were nice and good quality 👍🏻.
"Another good three night stay over."
We’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times, and it’s always a delight. The location is good for exploring the South Wales coast, and the people in the hotel are lovely, as well as the restaurant. The rooms are good, especially having just been upgraded on the first floor. Kim the manager runs the hotel with a very good team, and we shall be back! Well done everyone!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The I found the pillows most agreeable. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and served promptly. I would definitely visit again.
