"Mostly really good - just a little extra needed in the evening service"
All was really good except the evening meal at the restaurant as there were not enough staff and the service was really slow. When my daughter did not get the sauce with her steak it took so long to arrive that we had almost finished! A shame as the rest was really good

Very impressed with the decor and ambience of Premier North Cardiff. Inviting,comfortable, spotlessly clean, good restaurant, pleasant staff and a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

We are staying in a premier plus room ,very nice much nicer than standard room 👍 😀 shower is great ,bed is lovely and big,just been for meal at restaurant great atmosphere ambience is lovely, Stacey who served us was amazing, couple of small problems,nothing to do with her service, she sorted immediately 😀, very nice person friendly smiley,nothing to much trouble ,above and beyond, would highly recommend staying here,and would love to come again, 5stars ,thankyou.
