"Thank you for having us x"
We’ve had a fabulous time staying at the premier inn North. Everyone has been so lovely and welcoming. Stacey has been so lovely and helpful but so were the staff at breakfast but we didn’t catch their names. We’ve made the most of the breakfast and dinner deal where children eat free and everyone enjoyed their meals. 2 4 1 cocktails all day - mums evening treat 😂 The room has been perfect for me and my 2 children. Spacious - 2 single beds and a king size bed all to myself. Asked for room service and they even arranged my children’s toys which was a lovely touch. Location is perfect. 38 minutes from Barry Island for all those Gavin and Stacey fans. We drove to Barry and paid £8 to park all day. The next day we got the bus into Cardiff which was the 58 from the bus stop right next to the hotel. Locals have been just lovely and so friendly. Well worth a visit. And the Museum of Cardiff is well worth a visit. Cardiff Bay was beautiful. We are off to St Fanagan’s museum tomorrow which is 20 mins drive from here which has come highly recommended from a local and won museum awards 2 years running so we are looking forward to finishing our 3 day break in Cardiff. Thank you for having us Cardiff x
"Best staff ever"
Our rooms were amazing, my partner and I had an accessible room and it lived up to it's name. Stacey served us our evening meal, and was so friendly, and efficient. She made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious. I cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend it for a visit to Cardiff.
"Comfy quiet stay, can recommend "
Superb stay, easy check in, friendly helpful staff, a comfortable and clean room. And a very comfy and quiet night's sleep. We also loved the lounge area and I can recommend the lattes! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Cardiff or the nearby area. Tourist tip, eating out at Mermaid Quay is a must!
"Great Place for a short stay"
Stayed here on the way to and back from getting the ferry to Ireland. Comfy and nice sized rooms, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced, will be back for sure.
"Great time at the Premier Inn"
Great experience staying at the Premier Inn, friendly team of staff and very clean. The only downside is that the car park is accessed via stairs. However, there isn’t anything that can be done to rectify this as location is up hill and there are plenty of disabled spaces for those that can’t climb stairs.
