"Parking fine and a a smelly room"
* The first room provided stank of mould and damp, and was on the first floor next to a walkway, I informed the male receptionist that I would like to move as it smelt and also for safety reasons. I found him to be rude; however, he did move me to a nicer room. Nearly two weeks later, I have received a fine for parking at the hotel. £100, if I pay within a time frame, io can pay £60, whoppy. * I was not informed that I needed to register, nor was I asked. trying to contact the hotel now directly, and the phone is never answered.
"Great for the stadium!"
Great hotel only half hour walk to the concert at the stadium! Nice rooms friendly staff great food and breakfast! Will be back
"Poor quality CCTV"
Stayed 1 night before going see family & we had our Tentbox stolen off our car which was 50 yards away from reception police had seen the CCTV & told us the poor quality of cameras you couldn't even see the number plate of faces of the thieves from 50 yards & they say sorry & give the price of the room back 1 Star
"Too hot"
The hotel seriously needs to get air conditioning. We had two nights stay at the hotel and the temperature in the room was 28 degrees the whole time - even at night. The windows can’t open wide at all so minimal fresh air can get in and the one fan they give you does nothing. Then you have the thickest duvet ever seen on the bed that is so heavy it could crush you to make you overheat even more. Premier Inn promise you a good nights sleep, well mine was atrocious as it was so hot in the room. Not a nice environment to have to be in. Am glad to be home.
"Only book if you’re in a Premier Plus room."
Good and bad. We stayed in a ground floor standard room. Everything you get at Premier Inn, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable bed, extra pillows, en-suite. However the room temperature was a minimum of 27.5 celcius throughout our stay despite the outside temperature being only 22 celcius. We hardly slept. We notified staff who just said the room temperatures were terrible. Tried to claim refund on the good night sleep guarantee which was dismissed.
