"Great explore!"
The new hotel is impressive, and its location near the train station is fantastic. The entertainment, along with the charm of the city, made our stay very enjoyable. As an older couple, we truly appreciated the chance to relax and enjoy some lovely meals. It was exactly the few happy days we needed
"Couples stay"
Breakfast was really nice the food was fantastic. The staff were clearly understaffed but made it work the small young girl was absolutely lovely. The dinner service on the Tuesday night was really poor. Staff were rude and were acting as if they didn’t want to be there. I was waiting for over an hour for my food! The two men clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed during their service.
"An “OK” stay."
Closest NCP car park is a good 5 min walk away. We were a family group with a disabled person. We checked in & put on the 3rd floor. The room was large, so plenty of room for a wheelchair. The wet room was large & well equipped, if you could get through the very heavy sliding door, which seemed to be broken but would only slide half way, fortunately my husband can walk a short distance so managed to get in without the chair. But couldn’t manage the door (stroke warrior) as only has use of one arm. We used the bar area for a drink in the afternoon. Found plenty of seating but quite dirty, floor very sticky, tables not cleared or cleaned. Good selection for breakfast, everything you need from juices, tea, coffee, hot & cold food. Overall an “OK” stay for 1 night…but not great if you are disabled.
"Great family stay"
We had a wonderful two night stay with our two young children. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Great central location. The dinner was fantastic and very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
"Premier Inn are perfecting the hotel break"
Everything. You’ve listened to the customer and are perfecting budget hotels stays. We stay in Premier Inn hotels a few times a year and I cannot fault it. From the bed to the breakfast everything is excellent and at a reasonable price.
