"Stereophonics stay, have a nice day! Perfect stay 🤩"
Wonderful from start to finish, came To stay for a night with my daughter for the Stereophonics concert, it was incredibly hot and we managed to check in early with no extra charge, the room was great, clean, tidy, air con, comfy, all we could ask for, the kitchen opened at 2pm and closed at 10 for people going to the concert, nice breakfast in the morning, perfect hotel for the principality stadium, easy parking at Adams street NCP cheaper if you get the app 🤩

The hotel and staff were perfect for us. The location was great for the stadium. Our only dislike was that the cost for the room itself was inflated by over 400% because of the concert that was on at the stadium. Taking advantage of guests is not good customer service. Inflate your price by all means, but not by 400%.
"Fab stay"
Great service, very warm and friendly staff. We had an amazing view of the bay from our room on floor 10! Room was great, it was super clean and the bed was really comfy. The shower was so powerful and hot, really lush! Can't wait to visit again
"Oasis Weekend Rip Off!!"
Value for money went out of the window for the Oasis weekend. Early check in wasted chasing down towels. Poor evening meal, denied an evening drink.

This is great hotel, seven minutes walk from Central Station, two min Utes to the huge St Davids shopping centre and at the end of Queen Street.We were greeted arrival by Monisha and opted for a (paid) early checking having flown from Canberra. Special mention to Monisha and the rest of the FB staff, they were excellent. The restaurant is friendly and easy to navigate especially for breakfast. I loved the bacon. Views from our floor were amazing. From the lift exit across Steep Holm and Flat Holm Islands to Weston Super Mare and beyond. Then from our room up St Mary Street to the castle and onwards to Castle Coach and (I think) Caerphilly mountain. An excellent visit thank you Premier.
