"A great hotel seven minutes walk to Central Station. Highly recommended."
This is great hotel, seven minutes walk from Central Station, two min Utes to the huge St Davids shopping centre and at the end of Queen Street.We were greeted arrival by Monisha and opted for a (paid) early checking having flown from Canberra. Special mention to Monisha and the rest of the FB staff, they were excellent. The restaurant is friendly and easy to navigate especially for breakfast. I loved the bacon. Views from our floor were amazing. From the lift exit across Steep Holm and Flat Holm Islands to Weston Super Mare and beyond. Then from our room up St Mary Street to the castle and onwards to Castle Coach and (I think) Caerphilly mountain. An excellent visit thank you Premier.
"Weekend break"
Lovely hotel, paid for room view fantastic view but got a premier plus room,was my Birthday though, Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and breakfast very nice , pleasant staff all round , 2nd stay here will definitely be back

The location of this hotel is perfect. A few minutes walk from the bus and train stations and right by shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were superb especially the gentleman on breakfast duty who always had a lovely beaming smile. Top marks as always for the Premier Inn breakfast, the perfect start to your day
"ONe night city break."
Lovely hotel which is ideally located for a city break- near restaurants, shopping and the castle. Staff helpful and friendly. Had a premiere plus room which was lovely with a fantastic view of the city and the castle. Only had the breakfast but sure was good value for money, just wish the glasses for orange juice were bigger. Had a room on 15th floor so the view was great but slightly spoiled as the window could do with a clean- however at 15 floors up, I wouldn't be keen to do it. Also I would have liked to set the air con at a lower temp being a woman of a certain age. Bed was great sixe with a good matress and pillows. Lovely shower. Cleanliness overall was excellant. Great hotel for a city break
"Just right and lovely customer service"
Really well situated for the town centre. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived at 9.30pm after a 4 hour journey. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable and the beds are so comfy. We will always choose a Premier Inn as you know what to expect.
