There is no on-site parking at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Q- Park Cardiff Bay (CF10 4PH) adjacent to the hotel This car park only accepts card payments. Hotel guests benefit from a 25% discount at Q-Park, currently £11.20 per 24hrs, without discount £15 per 24hrs. Rates are subject to change by Q-Park. Guests should get their parking tickets validated on the table at the main door in Reception before departure to receive the discounted rate. A validated ticket valid for 1 entry only, leaving the car park and re-entering will incur a new charge. Discount isn’t available on pre-paid parking, A 2m height restriction applies to this car park.

"Excellent location off hotel and brilliant premier inn standards."
An excellently situated hotel with attractions within a 5 minutes walking distance. As always, Premier never fails to impress. Excellent cleanliness standards, easy check-process and friendly staff. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean. Arcades, Indian Halal buffet restaurant, boat trips, musuem and good food places, all within a 5 minute walk. Chargeable carpark next to the Inn, couldn't done with better signage on how to get to premier inn through the carpark, but the hotel itself was brilliant.
"A lovely stay at Cardiff Bay!"
This hotel is a great base for exploring Cardiff Bay and is only a short walk from all of the main attractions and restaurants. The Cardiff Bay area is very relaxed and feels very safe. You can also catch a 6 bus or Sky bus into Cardiff city centre from outside the Millennium Centre (nb. the return bus goes from the bus interchange, don't try to catch one from the stops listed online as they seem to be a bit hit and miss!) It doesn't have its own parking but the Q Park is just next door to the hotel and a reasonable price at a discounted £12 per day. We didn't have any problems finding a space. We had two family rooms and they were clean and quiet. For an adult and two children the family toom has a double bed, single bed and pull out bed. The breakfast was really good value and there were lots of options, continental and cooked. We didn't have any problems finding a table.each day as a family of five. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and it was no problem to adjust the dates of our stay when our car broke down the morning we were originally due to start our holiday. Thank you, we had a lovely time at Cardiff Bay!

Excellent location for Cardiff Bay. Very easy to get in to town on the bus, 10 - 15 mins. Hotel is a little tired but absolutely fine for the two nights we were there. You can get a discount with the car park next door - £12.50 per 24 hours with a ticket validated at reception. Good value for money. Friendly reception staff. Recommended when in the area.

Great position on the bay with easy access to the attractions. Particularly impressed with reception staff who were very supportive and helpful, a slight problem with the room was dealt with immediately. Great sleep quality too. We would certainly return.
