"Good location poor housekeeping"

Check in was smooth however our room 112 was very dusty and I do feel house keeping needs the address more care there was even dust on the coat hangers breakfast was excellent On departure when I highlighted our concerns I was brushed off also even after validating our car park ticket we were still charged full price

"Good value."

Ideally located for a variety of entertainment in the Bay area and there is a good transport system into the city centre. (But buses do stop too early). Staff are very friendly from the check in to check out. Rooms are clean and bed are very comfortable. You can check in before 3pm but like most hotels now they do charge extra. ! There is a concession on car parking in the multi-storey next door. Perhaps this could be a little cheaper.

"Great accommodation for Cardiff Bay"

Great location on Cardiff Bay close to Millennium Centre and Senedd. Premier room which was very spacious and comfortable with view towards bay. Room clean and well appointed. Sayed one night for concert and walked along barrage to Penarth next day.

"Roasting Alive"

Good location right near the harbour and easy enough check in were the only good parts. The room was unbearably hot all the time despite having a fan; we had it on the lowest setting and the room still felt boiling, and even turning the fan off did not improve the comfort of the room. I dread to think what the room would be like in the summer, so either better fans with lower temperature thresholds are needed or the fan was just not working at all.

We had an amazing time. The staff were brilliant especially Vicky who made our stay. She is a credit to the premier inn and she went over and beyond to help and to make our stay so great. The manager Ileatha was also brilliant. These two together are a brilliant team and work so hard to make everything run smoothly. Thank you for a great stay Premier Inn.
