    "Great staff"
    Premier Inns experiences depend on good staff. This team was excellent in both the hotel and restaurent. Location near M4 makes it easy to find.
    "Mixed Messages"
    Post code given sends you off the roundabout the wrong way, so hard to find. Room smelled musty, possibly people smoking in here. Staff quickly sprayed with aerosol but smell didn't go! Table Table restaurant very good with helpful and friendly staff. Road works going in which restrict parking.
    "Basic hotel, horrible internet wifi"
    Basic facility with clean rooms. Welcome was pleasant. Parking is bit small. The hotel wifi and internet is atrocious. It isn't even fit to use for email. I measured 0.6 MB download and 0.4 MB upload speeds. In 2025 this just isn't acceptable. In fact, I've had faster internet since 1994. There is almost no EE signal at the building as well, so mobile signals are poor.
    "Hotel good - restaurant poor"
    Location of hotel was good lots of parking on site. The room needed a more thorough clean but the beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly. In the evening we ate at the table table however the staff were poor and rushed us to leave despite it only being 9.30. In the morning for breakfast people were eating on pyjamas and dressing gowns. Wouldn’t use this premier inn again.
    "Appalling customer service"
    Absolutely shocking experience, a 19 year old manager, wearing a baseball cap backwards, and this is how premier inn want to portray themselves, children running a hotel, with appalling results, none of the staff including the manager knew what they were doing, never staying here again.

About as near as you can get to halfway along the M4, you'll find us a handy spot whether you're heading east or west, home or away. Of course, there's no shortage of things to see and do: catch all the tries and star turns at the Millennium Stadium, hole a putt or talk business at Coed-y-Mwstwr or grab your bucket and spade for a day at the seaside. And when it's time to recharge your batteries, head for our tasty restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds.
