Bridgend (M4, J35) hotel

Excellent, friendly customer service. Clean and tidy room. Great breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Very warm experience, perfectly quiet location but close enough to the M4 so you can travel to busier places such as Cardiff. Rooms are always cleaned very thoroughly having been staying here on and off for 2 years, staff are always very pleasant and helped me on numerous occasions, excellent customer service here.

Lovely staff and nice clean rooms

On check-in the receptionist asked me to book a time for breakfast, which I found unusual. I booked for 07:00 as I needed to be on the road fairly early. On arrival at the restaurant where breakfast was to be provided at 07:02, the doors were locked. I returned to reception to ask of they had they facility to call the restaurant. The receptionist's reply was "It's only a couple of minutes past, I am sure they will be open in a few minutes, just go and wait by the doors". The doors opened at 07:06. Breakfast was very disappointing as it was not the famed Premier Inn help yourself buffet, but a cooked to order offering. This was not explained at the time of booking, at check-in. nor upon arrival at the restaurant. You would be better off not paying £12.00 for the Premier Inn breakfast and having a Maccy Ds which is a 2-minute walk away. I had to switch the toasters on myself. I waited until 07:21 to be asked what I would like to order. Once ordered the food arrived fairly quickly, and was well cooked. The time taken for breakfast was approximately 45 minutes, which which you will need to factor into your travel plans.
