Aberdare hotel

This year for Easter and my birthday celebration I wanted to be in peace in the beautiful place that’s like home away from home to me. It’s my favourite place to rest and find peace. Amongst the amazing staff of Premier Inn Aberdare who are now like friends to me. I’m very grateful to Rhiannon who went out of her way get our reservations sorted and confirmed whilst we were busy with Easter programme at our Chapel in Ceiber. Rhinsnnon along with Sophie got a little surprise welcome back gift for us which was very kind and generous. All the extra towels and tissues we needed for our stay were in place and the room was kept ready and welcoming . On my birthday morning the girls in the reception Rhiannon and Nicola alonwith their manager sang happy birthday to me and made me feel even more special and spoilt. Little things and moments such as these letch a mark in the book of life. I am forever grateful for such beautiful memories. Thank you Team Aberdare for giving us a fantastic stay at our beloved home away from home. I so look forward to our next trip and staying with you again. Lots of love from us the Masters. God bless you all. Ps. We wish the lovely Jane a good life ahead as she leaves this month. Thank you for your great service, we will miss you but won’t forget you.

Rooms where what you expect fairly basic but you had everything you need and was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location es excellent 2 miles for mountain ash or 2 miles from Aberdare

Our room was given away to someone else. Our family had to be split up in 2 separate rooms. Luckily they had rooms empty! Even if they were accessible rooms. We was moved the next day to a family room was was covered in mould. None of us could sleep as we could hear the people in the next room. If you like the smell of cannabis you'll be fine! If like us, it makes you feel sick... avoid at all cost as the room smell of stale cannabis. The staff were lovely (accidents happen) but sadly we did not enjoy our stay

Staff here are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms spotless. Even though its a busy hotel, there are no noise issue or any antisocial behaviour from other users. Breakfast next door is always very good.

This is an older style Premier Inn on the edge of a Retail Park which has some great amenities. It’s functional, the staff are friendly, and it is what you would expect.
