      "Bad experience"
      £15 charge to check in before 3pm i had to atend a wedding at 3pm so I had no choice to pay £15 charge because my wife need to do her hair and so on and the room was ready at 1pm discussed never stay there again i rather slept in the car. But the wedding was fantastic.

      Restaurant and reception staff were the nicest and most helpful I have ever met. All went beyond to assist my walking group with places to visit. Researching on our behalf, providing leaflets and directions. Arranged taxis and assisted with food recommendations. Thank you
      "Lovely clean and comfortable room"
      Lovely clean and comfortable room. Staff were super friendly. Very basic but well worth the money. Food in the pud was OK, nice clean and friendly place. Plenty of parking and very easy to find. Only negative was no Iron in the room but other than this I would highly recommend.
      "Comfy accessible room, great staff team"
      Accessible room was set out well, the bathroom was fully accessible and easy to use. Staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only small downside is the limited number of disabled parking spaces adjacent to the hotel.

      Just had 2 lovely nights at this hotel and felt welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staff so friendly could not help us enough especially Debs she is an absolute star. Lovely greeting with the wine and chocolate in our room for Valentine’s Day what a wonderful touch. Room clean, showers hot, comfortable beds and a great breakfast next door. Will certainly visit again with out any hesitation.
