Tenby Town Centre hotel

Good hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small. Great food. Car parking could be a problem, however we were lucky and managed to get in close by.

The second time we have stayed here, having stayed last year. Generally everything is in good order with some areas in the bedrooms showing their age (bathroom), but nothing that caused any problems. Restaurant was clean and meals were excellent. A big well done to the staff who were very friendly and helpful, especially Emily who couldn’t have been anymore kind, and it felt as if we had known her for years. We had a great weekend, thank you!

+ Excellent location, close to seaside and shops, cafes, pubs, etc. - Multi-storey car park only £10 for 24 hours. + Clean hotel room/bathroom. + Plenty of toilet tissue. Hand-wash and hair/body wash provided. + Hairdryer and clothes hanging/storage cupboard. + Large on-wall TV. + Air Con in room (temp. can be controlled). + Decent value compared to other guest rooms, etc. at that location in height of summer. + Simple check in and check out. - I could not access WiFi: no WiFi options were showing on my phone. 4G signal was awful. - Bit of a distance from multi-storey carpark (with luggage) but not terrible. Could always drop off passenger with luggage if it's time to check in, if more than 1 adult. - Only caffeine tea and coffee sachets in room, so bring own decaf if want a decaf cuppa. - No little fridge. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again as clean, convenient and relatively decent price.

At the time of posting this review, we are still in the Premier Inn Plus, room, room 215, inTenby, with 1 day remaining. The Hotel, is clean and fresh. Close to the beach, Ideal location for the beaches, bars and restaurants. There is a very small car park next door, the chances of parking there are very small. So I don't think the hotel, mentions it when booking. lot's of other parking options nearby. Hotel is really quiet. Our room was so clean it actually looks like it's been refurbished, well done to Housekeeping staff. We've enjoyed our stay. Downside. Part from the carpets. The stains, looks like they are from bleach products, near the bathroom. Even though the carpets, are hoovered, they look dark and grubby, not a big issue but I have mentioned it on day 1 of our stay and received a reply that it will be looked at, as will only 5 hangers for clothes for 2 people, be prepared to live out of your suitcase. 6 hangers each is standard practice across hotels. Premier plus Room, no biscuits. for teas and coffee. On reflection still a great stay, great place, loved it not a big issue really but the little touches missing on 1st day, did annoy me at the time. So I posted a review stating it's not cheap, Yes it's July and all prices go up, So for the price I expect the service. My reply, from my 1st review, was a bit confusing, it acknowledged we were staying in a Premier Plus Room, issues would be looked into. Then it mentions you shouldn't expect the extras, like a fridge and complimentary products with the standard rooms. So I do not know what happened there, I haven't posted the reply, but could do later.

We didn't stay at the hotel but came in for breakfast and dinner to meet family who were. Food was great, plenty of choice for breakfast and all freshly cooked tasty. Dinner menu was varied and everyone enjoyed their food. Staff were great, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble
