There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at a nearby multi-storey (sat nav SA70 7LT). Long stay is located on 1st floor & above. Charges up to £8 per 24 hours apply. Walking to the hotel from the car park - turn right out of the car park towards Tenby TOwn Wall. Turn left at the top then take the 1st right. The hotel will be on the left.

"Great location AND Air Conditioning!"
A great hotel in a great location. We originally chose this hotel because it was the only one in the region with air conditioning. As someone who sleeps hot, this was important to me. This feature is only available in the premium rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable - with the second floor dedicated to the premium rooms. Check in was easy an; staff were welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking everywhere needed. We parked at the multistory parkade, which was about 3-5 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation.

Great hotel, staff are great, quick walk to beach and shops. Rooms clean and tidy with everything you need and air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat. Breakfast and evening meals were also excellent with lots of choice and served by happy, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again
"Needs improvements"
Perfect location to beach and town and car parking if you are lucky enough to get a space. Room needed tlc. There was black mold around the shower screen really needs addressing. Breakfast was nice but last day staff were not good and I felt quite rude. There were a few errors, all put right but should not have happened. Not sure I would stay again as it's not cheap and our view was a brick wall for a premier plus room and we priced up sea view hotels cheaper.
"No- won't go again."
What a hot room! Why on earth do the windows not open( on the second floor) ? This was an uncomfortable night's rest , not too much sleep because of the heat and despite the comfortable bed. I am now checking our upcoming Premier Inn bookings in order to cancel any with windows which don't open. We parked in the car park signposted by the hotel only to be scammed when signing in for parking . The machine only took cash or you had to sign up for the App. Luckily our credit card company alerted us two or three days later saying that in addition to the parking fee , a figure of 39 euros had been withdrawn by a company known to use this parking App in this fashion. I emailed Pembrokeshire Council about this a month ago and have heard nothing.
"Great hotel, expect friendly staff, great location, awful Wi-Fi"
This is a very friendly hotel in a great location. Comfy beds, clean rooms etc as we might expect. We would leave a four or five star rating but it’s clear that premier inn management have let this hotel down with absolutely awful WiFi. I would not advise anyone to book a premier plus room because your enhanced WiFi will be ruined by a terrible WiFi signal. Not only will you have to enter a code every day to get that enhanced WiFi, you’ll also find it only supports three devices. Try sorting that out with a couple with a phone and tablet each.. Save your money and get an ordinary room. The WiFi signal is like playing the lottery..
