There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at a nearby multi-storey (sat nav SA70 7LT). Long stay is located on 1st floor & above. Charges up to £8 per 24 hours apply. Walking to the hotel from the car park - turn right out of the car park towards Tenby TOwn Wall. Turn left at the top then take the 1st right. The hotel will be on the left.

"Great hotel, expect friendly staff, great location, awful Wi-Fi"
This is a very friendly hotel in a great location. Comfy beds, clean rooms etc as we might expect. We would leave a four or five star rating but it’s clear that premier inn management have let this hotel down with absolutely awful WiFi. I would not advise anyone to book a premier plus room because your enhanced WiFi will be ruined by a terrible WiFi signal. Not only will you have to enter a code every day to get that enhanced WiFi, you’ll also find it only supports three devices. Try sorting that out with a couple with a phone and tablet each.. Save your money and get an ordinary room. The WiFi signal is like playing the lottery..
"Bag storage"
Jade and team were very helpful and couldn’t do more to help when we needed to store our bags for a day so we could explore Tenby. It was raining so this was a godsend. Thanks so much!!! :) Would look to stay here if we returned and needed accomodation.

Was on a family holiday recently and would like to commend the Premier Inn, town centre Tenby for the staff's warm welcome, efficiency and general kindness. "Disappointed this time."
Another nice stay at the Premier in Tenby. However there were a few things I wasn’t happy about. Firstly being in room 403 on the top floor brought some problems. Very warm especially in the night and with no windows to open sleeping was a chore. I booked months in advance so why we were shoved on the 4th floor I didn’t quite understand. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and 403 is the smallest room we have ever stayed in.Very little room around the bed especially at the bottom where we had to turn sideways to pass each other. We did the meal deal which was excellent as usual. Staff as always are very friendly and polite.

Excellent location Excellent location for food Excellent location if you are not mobile and great service Definitely this will be our go to hotel from now on, made our first time at tenby very memorable, easy and stress-free can't believe how everything was so close by
