Tenby Town Centre hotel

We stay in every kind of hotel you can think of, all over the world. From motorway Travelodge, to 5 star spa hotels on the French Riviera. We genuinely thought this Prem Inn was a perfect blend of comfort, charm, character and convenience. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and had everything you’d expect, check in was easy and quick, parking was close and cheap and the cafe/breakfast was perfect. A great range of food, all quality and tasty. Pizza was especially good! Breakfast was comprehensive and fresh. The cherry on the cake was the staff at the hotel, who were all 10/10 friendly, helpful and cheerful. All the staff were smiley and conversational, just a lovely stay at a lovely hotel in a beautiful town.

I’ve stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4 years and it has been consistently good. The standards are the same at all Premiere Inn’s of course but it’s the staff that make the difference. In Tenby they are great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. We only had breakfast but porridge was made on request which I always appreciate. If I have a criticism it’s that the place is beginning to feel a little tired. I’m sure they get a high occupancy due to the location and it’s starting to show. A refurb is hopefully on the horizon.

All good as expected. Quiet and comfortable, with nice employees. Great location too, with easy parking a stroll away.
