Tenby Town Centre hotel

Room was claustrophobic due to sealed window no view just blank wall. Air con did not reduce lower than 19 degrees in extreme heat. Slow to fill toilet tissue on arrival. But room standard premier inn clean as expected and friendly service.

Excellent service from all members of staff especially Ewan and Emily. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the reception is manned 24 hours a day. The location is excellent with both the beach and the town a very short walk from the hotel (about 1-2 minutes). The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and most importantly a clean environment. The only problem area is parking. The hotel does not have a car park but there is a small, private (£12.00 a day) car park adjacent to the building. This was full on three of the five days we were there. The next nearest car park is a multi-storey about a 10-15 minute walk away. This is £10.00 per day. The walk back is all uphill so anybody with mobility issues would find this difficult.

A great hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to everything in the town. Room was spotlessly clean- the only issue was the air con not working, but staff did everything possible to change our room as soon as one was made available. The staff were absolutely fantastic- very helpful and friendly, especially Emily on reception. Would stay again and would recommend.

A lovely experience staying with my child. The location is excellent, very near to north beach. Food was amazing. The staff were really lovely with me and my child. We will come again

Tenby Premier Inn used to be great. The staff still are but the hotel has seriously deteriorated with loose corridor carpets and rooms in need of repair. There is no benefit in a Premier Plus room. Ours was in worse condition than the standard room we booked for family with stained carpets and damaged furniture. There was no interest is resolving matters when we contacted customer services. Shame. There are plenty of B&Bs literally round the corner though.
