Haverfordwest (North/A40) hotel

Great location. Conveniently located is a pub on the same grounds; a nice pub too with decent pub-grub. Have a pint (for business) or 10 (for leisure) then stumble back to your room. Free parking of course. Check-in process is easy - just enter your booking reference on the terminal. If you enter the wrong one like I did, a very kind lady will pop out of the office and assist you with the check-in. I stayed in a premier plus room which was ideal. Coffee machine, free WIFI, modern bathroom, ironing board with an iron and a decent TV. The room was well-lit with an LED light running along the back of the headboard for the cosy nights when you need to settle. My room was a bit too warm so I changed the room temperature on the thermostat. I'm quite a warm sleeper so I had a terrible sleep because the pillows were harder than what I was used to and the duvet trapped the heat; this is perfect for a lot of people though and especially in winter. This is not a complaint or contention that I have because this was my personal preference. The breakfast which my manager kindly included when booking my room was great to start my day with. A choice of cooked breakfast, cereals and toast with options for coffee, tea and a variety of juices. Definetly worth the £11.99 if you can make the most of it. Will be staying here again for 4 days on a business-related visit and I can imagine I will have no issues or negative experiences staying here again. If you are staying for business then it is affordable and good value for what you get. If you are staying for leisure, same thing.

Lovely small Premier Inn, with massive car park and several EV charging points. The highlights are the wonderful friendly members of staff especially Irish Claire on the front desk at check in.

I cannot thank the wonderful team at Premier Inn Haverfordwest enough for the kindness, care and support they showed me during an incredibly difficult time. I was staying on my own while my husband was admitted to hospital after a visit to A&E, and what could have been an extremely lonely and overwhelming experience was made so much easier by the people here. They went beyond simply providing good customer service — at a time when I had nobody with me, they genuinely felt like a supportive family. Connor was exceptionally kind. I saw him regularly and he always took the time to ask how I was and how my husband was doing. Those small acts of genuine care and concern meant more to me than he probably realised. Sara was wonderful and so patient, helping to book in every extra day when I didn't know how to do it myself. Georgia and Mia were also incredibly kind, caring and helpful throughout my stay. One of the staff even helped me with my car when I needed assistance. Every member of staff I encountered treated me with compassion and kindness. During a very difficult and worrying time for me, they made me feel that I wasn’t by myself. It is easy to remember good service, but you never forget genuine kindness when you need it most. I am incredibly grateful to Connor, Sara, Georgia, Mia and the whole team for the way they looked after me.

Stayed here for one night . It was nice but when we got there noone was there to check us in so we had to use the check in macshine but ithad an error message and j had to get one of the staff to check us in. Then on monday morning i woke up to a message from my bank to say that £84 was taken . So we went down for breakfast which was nice . And when we got our things and checked out i asked the lady if they could check why i was charged . She looked and i had paid in full but looks likw i was charged for another room thanks to the machine . So i told my bank and they sorted it out . Its ok staying there but the room did smell musty when we walked back in the room like it was the drains . Byt its ok for one night .

Brilliant location not far from ferry which was a great help getting off nighttime sailing. Very peaceful, room great size,beds super comf. Breakfast great choices
