"Avoid!"
Location was okay.
Atmosphere poor.
Rooms clean, however there was a putrid smell once the room fan was switched off.
Breakfast was mediocre at best and hot food was lukewarm. Continental option was sparce also.

"Understaffed"
We stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived late and went into reception in which we received no welcome. The 3 staff members were too busy chatting. The room only had 1 towel which was frustrating as we had to ask for another. The room was practical and clean. The restaraunt was a let down, clearly not enough staff on shift. Even after specifying exactly what items we wanted on the breakfast order, they still managed to get it wrong. I felt sorry for the staff as they were clearly run off their feet. Unfortunately, we will not be returning when we visit Wrexham in a few months.

"Under staffed"
Visited this premier Inn for several years and the restaurant has always been excellent. However, we have had to wait an hour for food, the poor girls who work here are running between the hotel and the restaurant. I asked them if they were short staffed and they explained no this is the normal level of staff. Premier Inn shame on you, expecting your staff to deliver excellent service when they are quite clearly under staffed. Let’s see what breakfast brings

Been to this premier inn lots of tines and is also clean and the staff are friendly. Only thing that would make it better was if air con was installed there. The hotel and restaurant have joined since I last came and was good to see it open for food and drinks later than it used to be as it was a rush before after work and travelling to get food. Good service but a little bit slower, you could see some staff were still training but food was also good.

"Very poor example of a Premier Inn"
This was not a good experience at all. We arrived during the recent hot spell only to be told that there was no air conditioning in the hotel - we had a small child with us. In addition , it was not possible to eat there as they did not have chef available. The pub closed unexpectedly about 8pm too, so it was not possible to buy a drink. The pub itself is in dire need of a revamp. All in all, this was by some margin, the worst experience of a Premier Inn that I have had. Felt sorry for the staff who tried to be helpful
