"Good air con / hard pull out bed mattress"
The air con in the room was much appreciated
The beds was comfortable apart from the pull out bed that one was to hard and we had to use a air bed to make it softer

"Great staff and a good location"
We stayed here for a long weekend with friends and although the actual hotel is a little tired around the edges the welcome and hospitality from the staff was excellent.
Breakfast is good with a broad selection for most people's tastes and the evening meals are good honest pub grub which suited us fine. Drinks were a little limited but pretty much something for everyone.
Location is good, a short walk to the excellent Turf pub and not too far from town, but be aware there is a nightly charge for your parking.
Overall a very enjoyable stay and we'll be coming back with all our friends

Ordered a room thought I had paid on line didn’t check as I got a confirmation when I got there I had to pay full price £180 for 9 hrs no breakfast or parking in that price , you used to be the best hotel line your now by far the worst , I will never stay again in any of your hotels that’s a certainty

Perfect location a short walk from town centre and good restaurants but we have stayed several times here and had half board which is excellent value.
Breakfast has always been good either quality sausages and bacon a good selection and warm plates served either a smioe.
