Rhyl Seafront hotel

The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the beach, and the free parking near the hotel is a real bonus. The hotel was very very busy as it was a bank holiday, so there should have been more staff on, bit the ones who were in did their very best to help. We booked last minute, so we're given the only available room which was a premier plus room. This was very spacious and the bed as always was very comfortable. The air conditioning was really good too, especially when it was around 30 degrees outside. The only thing that let the room down was the lack of hot water for our shower when we got back from the beach around 18:30 in the evening. Both the evening meal and breakfast were tasty. We will definitely go back again later in the summer.

Dirty room bed bugs food not nice won't be back staff very rude

Room was really dirty told staff they offered one free drink for me and kids. Some staff were OK but most staff need training in how to be polite to customers. Won't be returning. Here are just some photos I took. I have a video of bathroom but can't upload.

Great location right on the seafront with a small car park closeby. Room was tired, air conditoning was so noisy you cold not sleep. Corridors were dusty all around the eges and smelled dusty. Restuarant looked nice but a serious lack of any of the food on offer being avaiilable.

Good location to amenities, room was nice and clean. Good value for money. Took a while to check in as there were no staff at the desk. Had a noisy child next door during the first night of our stay. Lots of running around till gone midnight. The tv remote was missing from our room , but we were unable to get hold of any staff. Overall, apart from a few minor things, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
