      "Not great"
The duvet was too heavy on the double bed making it too hot to sleep under and too cold to sleep without it. The duvet on the single bed was too thin for my daughter so she was cold and the pillows were uncomfortable.
      "stay if you have to"
I checked in and booked breakfast and evening meal. I was staying for 3 nights and asked if i needed to book for the rest of may stay and was told no as the restaurant was not busy and never full. On our second day at breakfast, i waited for around 5 minutes for the breakfast items to be topped up only to be told eventually that they had run out of mushrooms. We went down for a meal at around 7-00PM and were asked if we had booked, i said no as we were told we did not need to. We were then asked if we had a meal deal, again i replied no. We were then told that the chef had one home and that the manager was cooking and unless we had pre=booked or had a meal deal we could not use the restaurant. We pointed out that we were staying for three nights but were told that it made no difference and that the managers decision was final even though there were only around five people eating and i could not see how two more boil in the bag meals would make any difference. We ate elsewhere... the following morning we did not go for breakfast but went elsewhere instead. Also during our stay there were no sachets of coffee available for the room as they had run out and the toilet seat was loose. Read it as you wish but stay there as a last resort.
      "Not recommend"
Paid for early check-in (11am) when I arrived the rooms were not ready and got told in a rude manner that I shouldn't have booked early check as the carnt guarantee rooms available, waited 25 min for someone to come to reception for this to happen. Had dinner there on last night with my son and my card got declined due to there machine and got charged 3 times for it (waiting for it to go back in my bank) got told if it hasn't gone in by the morning go to reception and they will sort it but they didn't no help at all.
      "Friendly staff"
Friendly staff especially Adam who was on reception and served breakfast too. Nothing was too much trouble. He looked after us during our visit. He really made the difference. I would recommend here for a short stay in the area. Love the all you can eat breakfast at Premier Inn.
      "Service?"
Generally poor, from the slow service to the dirty (orange mould) shower head, the filthy vending machine, dirty glass mugs in the room and overall shoddy state.
