Rhyl Seafront hotel

Location was great. It was comfortable. It was quite central. Close to the train station & shopping centre. Just across the road from the sea. All these aspects were good. They could pay better attention to the room clean. I got the impression that the room hadn't been used for a while. It just seemed a bit dusty. My towel had a stain on it. I did take it straight to reception and I was given to in return. There were 2 teaspoons, both of which had tea stains on. The top of the unit, with the tea making facilities was messy like something was sprinkled on there. It was a little disappointing because I usually have a wonderful experience with Premier Inn, I'm always singing it's praises to friends and family. But all said and done, I had a lovely stay & the rag were great. They said the room was ready and I was able to check in early.

The review I did this morning was correct apart from one matter. The meal deal that I said was not good value is incorrect. I’ve just seen they gave me two of the days meals refunded. Thank you premier hotel. Please attach this to my previous report.

The good points first: I had a pleasant stay overall\. My room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh on arrival\. The evening meal was fantastic and was one of the highlights of my stay\. Breakfast was a little disappointing in comparison, as some of the food could have been hotter, but it was still acceptable and there was a reasonable selection available\. I would also like to mention Liam on the night team, who was excellent throughout my stay\. I probably bothered him far more than I should have, regularly asking for items and room restocks, but he was always friendly, helpful, and professional\. Unfortunately, there was one issue that left a negative impression\. A member of the restaurant team called Charlie was frequently swearing and shouting across the restaurant\. I found this behaviour unprofessional and inappropriate in front of guests, and it affected the atmosphere during my visit\. While this was only one member of staff, it did make me think twice about staying again in the future\. Overall, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with some excellent staff members and good food, but the unprofessional behaviour I witnessed in the restaurant prevented me from rating my stay any higher\.

Worse Premier Inn ever! If you want rude, incompetent staff and dirty beds - book here! I stay in Premier Inns probably twice a month with work and normally everything is up to a good standard. This hotel is the exception. From check in the staff were rude, incompetent and unprofessional, particularly 'Keeley', conveniently the large blond manager didnt have her name badge on show. A formal complaint has been raised. The beds were dirty with sand and hair in them. The restaurant on the evening was a shambles even though empty. I could go on and on. My advice is to book the Travelodge along the road and not stay in this hotel. Customer service is non existent in this hotel.

Just had 3 days in the premier inn in rhyl very friendly staff the bedroom was large the mattress and pillows were very comfortable our room was facing the sea front and had black out curtains and had 3 good nights sleep had breakfast which was help yourself food was good and hot I will definitely be going back there
