Rhyl Seafront hotel

Premier Inn Seafront Hotel in Rhyl is an ideal place to stay when visiting Rhyl. We stayed for four wonderful days and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning. The beach is right in front of the hotel and we could see the sea from our room window. There are plenty of excellent places to eat within walking distance, offering Syrian, Eastern, Sri Lankan, Indian and Pakistani cuisine. There is lots to do nearby and the hotel staff were amazing, always providing the best service possible. A special mention to Liam, who welcomed us at check-in. He was friendly and quite helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Seafront Hotel in Rhyl and would happily recommend it.

First the good bits. Plenty of free parking a couple of doors down from the hotel on a large carpark exclusive to Premier Inn. The hotel staff were nice and the location is excellent. However the rooms (we had 2) were not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. A dirty toilet, peeling paint, stained carpets and towels and pillows missing. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Unfortunately, our stay at Premier Inn Rhyl Seafront was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was well below the standard we expected. There was a lot of dust throughout the bedroom, and the bathroom ceiling above the shower had numerous black mould-like spots. The windows were also dirty, which gave a poor first impression of the hotel. We also found some of the reception staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. Overall, the poor cleanliness and condition of the room significantly affected our experience and the value for money.

Worst Primier Inn i have ever stayed. Family room for 4 between 5th to 8th August 2026. On day 1, despite the booking was for a family room, when we checked in, beds were not ready for thr children. The room was disappointingly filthy. Bathroom had hair on the tile left from last customer. Floor was dirty wirh rubbish left from the last customer too, surface areas were covered in dusty. I have not stayed in anywhere dirtier then this. On day 2, we repeatedly asked for the room to be cleaned and toilet paper to be replenished. Nothing gets done apart from the beds got made, floor was still filthy. On day 3, no cleaning done at all, beds never got made neither. Overall, is disappointing, the house keeping is just very poorly managed.

Currently at Rhyl seafront hotel with tkurselfs. And having the worst stay I’ve had at a hotel paying the premium price I have paid From sleeping above some sort of generator that’s below my room. To the constant doors opening and banging. To the massive crack in the toilet seat that nearly caused me an injury to booking a double room and it being 2 single beds … And this is only halfway through my stay at this hotel.the mattress was absolutely disgusting. When I went to reception this morning the man behind the desk said he didn’t know is about these issues which I stated I had gone and expressed it to the lady standing next to him. Booked a double room got 2 single beds that were horrid.
