Rhyl Seafront hotel

Good location to amenities, room was nice and clean. Good value for money. Took a while to check in as there were no staff at the desk. Had a noisy child next door during the first night of our stay. Lots of running around till gone midnight. The tv remote was missing from our room , but we were unable to get hold of any staff. Overall, apart from a few minor things, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Good location- right on the sea front, next to the promenade. Good base to stay at if exploring or wanting to visit neighbouring coastal beaches like Colwyn Bay, Llandudno. Premier plus rooms are really nice- comfortable beds, Coffee machine, Ironing Board snd Iron, contemporary walk in shower with Rainfall shower and mini fridge with complimentary water and chocolates. The rooms also have better wifi. Dining- this is the only thing I feel needs improvement. We stayed on a bank holiday and wanted to eat desserts at the restaurant, but were told that there was no more food available that evening. This was mirrored at breakfast the next morning. Thankfully we had pre-booked our breakfasts, but upon entering the restaurant there was a sign saying they would only be able to accept pre- booked breakfast customers due to lack of food. We saw a family being turned away at the door who had not booked breakfast but had stayed at the hotel. So worth booking breakfast/meals beforehand if this is something you are considering. Food at breakfast was the usual standard offering of croissants, pastries, fruits and cereals, as well as cooked breakfast including eggs (you could order poached or scrambled via the serving staff). However, things were running low (plates and food) and were being replenished at a slow pace. Parking on site is handy but you have to walk around to the back to access the car park.

Would get a 5 star but for the sticking door that doesnt open/shut properly because the door needs trimming. Must of been a recent job not done properly. Sure room service must know and should point it out to management. Apart from that great service and breakfast

Firstly i did not get the room i paid for,i booked a premier plus room with a sea view, room was nice but as the premier plus rooms were on the ground floor it was impossible to have a sea view,(our view was the car park) , so i felt very gaslit and it is false advertising, also they didnt do the self serve cooked breakfast the first day, there was a lot of confusions and by the time my partner got his breakfast it was almost cold, very gaslit definatelt wouldnt stay here again

have stayed at premier before and no problem but rhyl premier suffered from lack of food choice and breakfast was very disappointing
