Rhyl Seafront hotel

This is the third time we have stayed. It’s just the same. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Its location is good for us. The breakfast can’t be faulted. There is something for everyone. The staff work hard stop please. We will be back

Beds lovely and comfortable food in restaurant was lovely cant wait to come back

Fantastic location with great sea views. The hotel was very busy, however, the atmosphere was calm yet fun for the children. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous at all times. The family room was suitable for our needs, also clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff were accommodating and helpful. Value for money - initially, when we booked, we thought it was a little expensive, however, given the great breakfast deal, the comfort and the ease of parking - 100% value for money. We would return in a heartbeat.

The front of house, bar/restaurant staff were fantastic and were ran ragged. The bar and restaurant looked good, But the hotel it self was so disappointing. The corridors looked scruffy and dirty. You could here people walking around above your rooms, I could even here people talking in the next room. I've never had this issue at other premier inns, so I didn't get the best of sleep. The room didn't have enough towels for two so I had to get more, which was hard work because the staff are ran ragged in the restaurant, they don't have anyone on the desk full time. Not like other premier inns. The room looked scruffy and didn't feel clean, again never had an issue at other premier inns. This was a disappointing stay. Again the staff are great here. Just a shame about the hotel it just needs some TLC.

Premier inn rhyl is a lovely.hotel.having stayed in a normal room.on 2 previous occasions we opted for a Premier plus for our weekend. BIG MISTAKE. if we had know the Premier.plua rooms all had side street views we.d.have gone for the standard rooms the room.was very nice very clean spacious bathroom was lovely bed was very comfy..but the area where it is leaves a lot to be desired especially when your paying more and the Premier plus rooms over look a run down side street . When the standard rooms have sea views.
