      "Very bad"
Rhyl preimer inn crap hole, don't bother unless seriously desperate. I have stayed at a lot of preimer inns and they have been fantastic, this one is letting the side down. Stayed one night ,two adults and two children in a quad room, had one double bed which was made and one single which was not made, spoke to reception, thay apologised and said they will be straight up,one hour later two girls then up to change one single bed, didn't believe use with not having enough beds, to there shock we were wright. They apologised again and went, one hour later no bed, I went to reception again,no one their, waited 15mins no one their, went to the restaurant and found one employee slumped in the corner, on his phone, spoke to a nice lady behind the bar about our problem, she spoke to the slumped boy with attitude and he stormed off, she told me we might have to change your room or fined u a bed, this is now about two hours after we checked in and reported this issue, I think we were being forgotten on purpose. With gritted teeth I said ok, she informed me she would let me know straight away. 30mins later a knock at the door, little attitude boy storms in with a bed and storms out, leaving the young lady to make the bed in a very uncomfortable situation. We would understand if we had early check-in, we didn't,we check in about 7pm. Lazy, rude staff should be ashamed.
"Good location for Rhyl - and you know what you'll get at Premier Inn"
Good, central location in Rhyl for us as we walked along the Wales Coast Path. Friendly staff, Decent room. Good breakfast.
      "Had a lovely time "
Had a lovely time so far here, very clean and tidy when we arrived, we had a lady called Libby clean the room (she left a card). The only issue we can think of is that there was a fire alarm test, we wasn't informed about this and we rushed to get out, when we saw a member of staff, we had to ask if it was just a test or not and he informed us it was only a test so didn't even need to go out of our room
      "Not great"
The duvet was too heavy on the double bed making it too hot to sleep under and too cold to sleep without it. The duvet on the single bed was too thin for my daughter so she was cold and the pillows were uncomfortable.
      "stay if you have to"
I checked in and booked breakfast and evening meal. I was staying for 3 nights and asked if i needed to book for the rest of may stay and was told no as the restaurant was not busy and never full. On our second day at breakfast, i waited for around 5 minutes for the breakfast items to be topped up only to be told eventually that they had run out of mushrooms. We went down for a meal at around 7-00PM and were asked if we had booked, i said no as we were told we did not need to. We were then asked if we had a meal deal, again i replied no. We were then told that the chef had one home and that the manager was cooking and unless we had pre=booked or had a meal deal we could not use the restaurant. We pointed out that we were staying for three nights but were told that it made no difference and that the managers decision was final even though there were only around five people eating and i could not see how two more boil in the bag meals would make any difference. We ate elsewhere... the following morning we did not go for breakfast but went elsewhere instead. Also during our stay there were no sachets of coffee available for the room as they had run out and the toilet seat was loose. Read it as you wish but stay there as a last resort.
