Rhyl Seafront hotel

Just had 3 days in the premier inn in rhyl very friendly staff the bedroom was large the mattress and pillows were very comfortable our room was facing the sea front and had black out curtains and had 3 good nights sleep had breakfast which was help yourself food was good and hot I will definitely be going back there

The cleaning standards were really poor,towels were not changed,bins were not changed at all.We asked for cleaning before 12pm in afternoon every day of our stay but still room was not clean

Premier Inn Seafront Hotel in Rhyl is an ideal place to stay when visiting Rhyl. We stayed for four wonderful days and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning. The beach is right in front of the hotel and we could see the sea from our room window. There are plenty of excellent places to eat within walking distance, offering Syrian, Eastern, Sri Lankan, Indian and Pakistani cuisine. There is lots to do nearby and the hotel staff were amazing, always providing the best service possible. A special mention to Liam, who welcomed us at check-in. He was friendly and quite helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Seafront Hotel in Rhyl and would happily recommend it.

First the good bits. Plenty of free parking a couple of doors down from the hotel on a large carpark exclusive to Premier Inn. The hotel staff were nice and the location is excellent. However the rooms (we had 2) were not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. A dirty toilet, peeling paint, stained carpets and towels and pillows missing. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Unfortunately, our stay at Premier Inn Rhyl Seafront was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was well below the standard we expected. There was a lot of dust throughout the bedroom, and the bathroom ceiling above the shower had numerous black mould-like spots. The windows were also dirty, which gave a poor first impression of the hotel. We also found some of the reception staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. Overall, the poor cleanliness and condition of the room significantly affected our experience and the value for money.
