"Lovely hotel but not fully catering for people with mobility issues"
I recently booked two rooms for a stay at Premier Inn: a family room and an accessible room for my parents. While the family room was wonderful and met all our expectations, my parents' experience in the accessible room was extremely disappointing.
Although designated as an accessible room, it lacked the necessary functionality for a guest with mobility needs:
Bed Height & Support: The bed was far too low, making transfers to and from a wheelchair incredibly difficult. This was exacerbated by the lack of any supporting handrails. When I requested bed foot raisers, staff informed me they were unavailable as the bed height was considered standard for the room type.
Bathroom Accessibility: The shower chair was also set too low to be useful.
Door Clearance: The sliding door did not open wide enough to accommodate a standard wheelchair comfortably.
Accessible features should be built around practical usability rather than just meeting minimum room standards. I strongly urge your team to review the equipment and layout of this room type to ensure it properly serves guests who rely on these accommodations.

"Rhuddlan Premier Inn"
Brilliant, tried to book Rhyl seafront, fully booked, booked Rhuddlan 5 mins away, literally (10 cos of 20 mile an hour restriction), loads better, on the doorstep Aldi, pub, Starbucks, KFC. 1 min down the road indian restaurant. I am from Bradford, the food here was absolutely beautiful. Village 5 minutes away (walking), local shops 2/3 pubs. Taxi from here to Rhyl, for a pub crawl, taxi back, better than staying in Rhyl, cheap. Will go back in a breath. The staff are on the ball, welcoming, helpful, you feel/are safe, they care

"Not recommended"
Cleanliness was very poor after we found a half eaten breadstick in the bathroom.
Welcome was very muted with no real interaction or regard for where we’ve come from or any interest in our travels.
Overall a poor experience

"Excellent"
Wonderful hotel, restaurant could do with a few more staff on busy days. We had to wait an hour for our dinner on 2 days, despite having pre ordered. However, it did not spoil our break.

"The good and the bad."
Stayed from June 8 to the 12th room 27. Everything about the hotel from the excellent staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent. The only let down was the restaurant, breakfast was good although the black pudding wasn't cooked one day it was cremated. In the evening service was slow. Our meal was booked for 6:30 each night on average it was two hrs before we had finished our meal. For some reason the restaurant only has 3 stars for its inspection.
