"Beyond Expectations"
This is week 10 of my stay at this hotel, the accommodation was exactly as you would expect from a Premier Inn, I do however need to highlight and give credit to all the staff at the Table Table, an amazing team with fantastic service, I would like to commend, in particular, Sam for her incredible service, attention to detail and people skills which are out of this world! She consistently went that extra mile, she is an absolute credit to her self and employer, a true gem! Thank you so very very much from the Welsh and Isle of Man Ambulance Services and myself as course facilitator

lovely warm welcoming as soon as we arrived, staff were so helpful. room was spotless and very clean, the black out curtains really helped my kids get to sleep. places to eat around. breakfast was outstanding. would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Rhuddlan and were really happy overall. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt very welcoming.
Just a few small suggestions — the bathroom floor was quite cold, so a bath mat would be really helpful. The breakfast and dimmer took a bit longer than expected, and it would be great to have some halal food options too.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!
