There is no onsite car park at this site. The nearest car park is  Llandudno Train Station charged at £2 for 12 hours & £4 for 24 hours. APCOA Connect users can pay by calling 0189-526-2122, or using the APCOA Connect Mobile App using location code 2270. Alternatively, there is chargeable parking available on the Promenade or at Venue Cmyru.

"Good location for amenities and beach."
Lovely location, close to train station, bus stops and shops in general plus beach only five minute walk. Bed was too high for me though( I’m only 5 foot) so hard to climb onto! Could do with a drawer in the room for underwear and bits rather than having to go into case all the time. Would stay there again though. Didn’t seem to be car park facilities nearby although I came by train only a ten minute walk from hotel which was good for me.

"Exceptional staff"
I thought I should write this review as the staff were wonderful from start to finish. Lovely greeting at reception and all sorted in a friendly manner. Being gluten intolerant I was concerned about breakfast, however the staff were very attentive and accommodating. My breakfast was cooked separately to eliminate cross contamination and my cutlery was brought separately. The staff were friendly and caring and I witnessed the same care and attention given to others. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks

Room was like a sauna an air con didn't work properly an could not open windows could not sleep unfortunately room was ok but unpleasant during to the heat.

I booked a 'Bay view' room and paid extra for the privilege. It was a bay window .A very scruffy room. The 1 member of staff that was the most helpful had only been employed for 2 weeks. I sat at the bar watching a girl showing her cocktail skills. WOW I wanted a glass of wine and a glass of Madri, the answer from this lady was NO Serious problems here. . Same lady, shaking cocktails, informed a customer she could not have the correct glass as she didn't have any. She then made 2 cocktails in the correct glasses right in front of us. I regret paying for this place. As for the food.......

We're less than a 10-minute walk from all the fun of Llandudno Promenade, Llandudno Pier and spectacular North Shore Beach. We're in a great part of town, next to Llandudno train station and close to the brilliant shops on Llandudno high street. Discover amazing wildlife at Great Orme Country Park and trek up to Great Orme headland for scenic views, just two miles from our hotel. When you're feeling peckish, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at our in-house Thyme restaurant and after a fantastic day beside the seaside, look forward to sinking into one of our super-comfy beds.
