"Great Stay with a Positive Finish"
Overall, our stay was great but presented a mix of experiences; whilst the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout, consistently resolving any issues we encountered without complaint, and the cleaning team truly went above and beyond – even sorting our towels and rubbish on Sunday despite no pre-booked room clean – our initial breakfast experience was poorly organised. This was coupled with disappointing service and attitude from one kitchen staff member on our first morning, leading to a refund. However, on our final day, after pre-booking breakfast, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we were well catered for and completely redeeming themselves, leaving us with a much more positive lasting impression of the service.

We had enjoyed our short break here in Llandudno! Although not that fabulous weather but still the warmest of people does have impact. Thank you.
"Excellent Stay"
Stayed here for one night as not visited Llandudno for a long time . Very impressed with the hotel , chose the premier plus room which was spacious , modern , with the usual extras . Had an evening meal , which took a little while but it was busy . Can recommend the sirloin steak and the gammon . The staff are very helpful and friendly and advised us going for a meal deal which worked out well . Good breakfast . In all a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend and return
"Nice break away with our Grandsons."
Couple of days away with our Grandsons, room a bit cramped with 3 beds, but we had a nice view. The room was a bit dusty especially behind the T V. And on the skirting boards and I found long black hairs on the bathroom floor, only 1 hand towel provided for 4 of us which is just ridiculous, so we asked for a couple of more.The breakfast was very nice with ample choice, it’s better to book your breakfast time when you arrive, then a table will be reserved for you. Staff very friendly.

Two of the beds are comfy but one is rock solid, there is no room service at all so you have to get it yourself but views are ok

Stay moments away from the seaside and North Wales' stunning coastal attractions at our Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre hotel. We're less than a 10-minute walk from all the fun of Llandudno Promenade, Llandudno Pier and spectacular North Shore Beach. We're in a great part of town, next to Llandudno train station and close to the brilliant shops on Llandudno high street. Discover amazing wildlife at Great Orme Country Park and trek up to Great Orme headland for scenic views, just two miles from our hotel. When you're feeling peckish, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at our in-house Thyme restaurant and after a fantastic day beside the seaside, look forward to sinking into one of our super-comfy beds.
