We stay in a lot of PI around the country but the staff here stood out to be very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the breakfast was great ( we did attend at 7.30 whilst fresh and it was very quiet)

"Superb location in the heart of Llandudno"

Excellent location in the heart of Llandudno just minutes from the seafront promenade and shops. Walking distance to the pier and Great Orme Tramway, and the bus to Conwy and Rhos-on-Sea stopped very near the hotel. We love Premier Inn high standards of cleanliness, comfort, staff and meals and can recommend this hotel. One downside however is that our Premier Plus room had less than half a bay window and was very dark and therefore claustrophobic. We suspect this was because many more rooms had been slotted into the Victorian building than originally designed for. Premier Inn is very good value so maybe this is the trade-off ? We will bear this in mind when considering their other seaside resort hotels in Victorian buildings: however all other aspects of the Premier Plus room were very good.

"Don't bother staying anywhere else!"

Certainly one of the best Premier Inns we've ever stayed at. Fabulous location near the station, near the beach and near the town. Even a launderette only 1 km along the road. Particular thanks to Ian, Tom, Ana and Ped who were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. Well done to you all.

"Bodily fluids (blood) left on bed sheets, staff were extremely rude throughout"

The staff were not so great unfortunately! It has potential to be amazing but the staff really let us down. They were rude on every encounter, we came down for an evening meal and left before ordering food because of how rude the waiter was. We then found blood on the bed sheets! It was definitely not from us- so we went down to speak to a team member hoping for some sort of resolution and we were once again treated awfully! I don’t know what I was expecting to be honest, but I was just told that he would “speak to the head housekeeper”. Not even an apology for being made to sleep in strangers bodily fluids!!! Not only is it disgusting but it is a health hazard. Absolutely disgusted and so upset!

We're less than a 10-minute walk from all the fun of Llandudno Promenade, Llandudno Pier and spectacular North Shore Beach. We're in a great part of town, next to Llandudno train station and close to the brilliant shops on Llandudno high street. Discover amazing wildlife at Great Orme Country Park and trek up to Great Orme headland for scenic views, just two miles from our hotel. When you're feeling peckish, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at our in-house Thyme restaurant and after a fantastic day beside the seaside, look forward to sinking into one of our super-comfy beds.
