      "Oh , so smooth."
My first visit to this Premier Inn several years ago was for a family occasion and I was impressed. In particular, I enjoyed good full English breakfasts and my gluten intolerance was catered for. Last Friday, I was met by a friendly and cheerful receptionist and enjoyed three peaceful night’s sleep in immaculately clean surroundings. The hotel was busy and the atmosphere was lively. Experienced and skilled staff at breakfast ensured that all went smoothly. I shall make this my ‘go to’ stop off next time I visit Anglesea.
      "Excellent staff"
Surprisingly great hotel for the price of it. Clean (could do with more towels in bathroom). The staff are really excellent, friendly and attentive
      "Good experience. Great staff."
Very nice, clean big rooms. Food was good especially breakfast. Staff were fab and friendly. Very helpful too. Prices were reasonable.
      "No breakfast situation!"
Comfortable room and bed. Quiet room. Overall about what we expect from a Premier inn … But.we had booked and pre-paid for room & breakfast. When we arrived for breakfast in the morning we were told that we could not be served as we had not reserved a table! One would assume that booking and pre paying for breakfast you would be allocated a table but no table…. We were told we should have asked for a table for breakfast when we booked in but this was not made clear to us when we arrived…in fact we were directed to the self- service ‘ booking-in machine’ where we interacted with a machine that did not warn us about the breakfast situation…not happy
"Perfect for a 1 night stay"
We stayed at the Premier Inn Holyhead for one night before catching the morning ferry to Dublin, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is ideally located—just a short drive from the port—which made for a stress-free start to our journey. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. We added breakfast to our stay and were glad we did. It was self service and offered a good selection of hot and cold options, perfect to set us up for the day ahead. Overall, a convenient and reliable choice for anyone travelling through Holyhead. Would definitely stay again when taking the ferry.
