"Not many options in Holyhead"
The room was expensive.
Room had no phone no tissues and one chair.
The bathroom had one towel for two people and had to request a second towel.
The restaurant and food was good

"Perfect stay"
We had a wonderful stay in the Holyhead Premier Inn. Although the outside of the building is stark, the inside is clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a smiling, helpful receptionist, which set the tone for our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We ordered the meal deal, which was excellent value. The main meals were delicious, healthy and generous and we repeated the starter of calamari on both nights. We were prepared to pay the £3 supplement for the dessert, but, in the end, were too full to manage it. Breakfast was also extremely good, with perfectly cooked offerings. It was help yourself and would be easy to be greedy, though, to be honest, we appreciate the food much more when we eat just the right amount. My poached eggs were freshly and expertly cooked. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful area.

"Free parking not free £60!"
Stayed here before catching the ferry to Ireland.
The hotel itself was fine, but guests should be extremely careful about the parking arrangements.
I specifically checked parking with reception on arrival and was told I did not need to do anything further. Despite being a legitimate hotel guest, I later received a parking charge from Horizon Parking.
I appealed, provided proof of my stay, and even obtained confirmation from the hotel that I was a guest and that there may have been confusion regarding the parking process. Nevertheless, the charge was upheld.
My advice to anyone staying here is to double-check that your vehicle registration has been correctly entered and obtain written confirmation if possible.
A disappointing end to what would otherwise have been a straightforward overnight stay.
£60 extra!!!

"Best premier in I’ve stayed at!"
The staff were very welcoming and service was always with a smile throughout our stay for our group of 12 walking men! They sorted a ‘slight’ booking mix up (changing 6 double rooms to twin rooms!). They tried their hardest at all times accommodating us wherever they could…. Happy hour being a popular bonus for our group! As a coeliac they were most helpful and knowledgeable about my dietary restrictions. Andrea made sure I had gluten free breakfast which she ensured was prepared and served separately to ensure no cross contamination. I could have asked for more. There was also plenty of gf evening meal options and even gf beer! Thanks to the manager, Carol and her very friendly and capable team!
