Handily located off the A55, approximately 5 mins drive to the ferry port if catching a boat. Across the road from a retail park with several shops. Rooms were as expected from a Premier Inn, clean and tidy. The thermostat in my room wouldn't go below 19c and the window wouldn't open, so an uncomfortable sleep through the night as warm and no air. Hotel breakfast was as expected, the restaurant food menu was very good and they offer a meal deal of 2 courses a drink and breakfast for £26.99. Recommended to book if wishing to dine as it is a small eating area. The evening staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly, Rhi stood out as very good. Another had bad bodily odour which was off putting at times when she came to serve us.

We stay at this hotel regularly as we travel to and from Ireland . The hotel is very clean , bedrooms have everything you need and are very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent! Food is very tasty and plenty of choice on the menu. We check-in late regularly due to our travel time. The night staff are excellent they have gone out of their way many times for us. Very friendly and helpful and a credit to your hotel team. Well done Shaun and Steph we appreciate your hard work, making us feel very welcome . Looking forward to our next stay .

"A good value hotel"

This hotel provided a clean room with a comfortable bed. It is in a quiet location on the edge of town, convenient for the main roads. Both the breakfast and evening meal were tasty. The staff were helpful and should be congratulated for posting back my mislaid mobile phone. Overall, a good value hotel.
