Dundee North hotel

The hotel location feels isolated, the desk is not manned and there are no facilities for breakfast or social space for socialising. This is not what I was expecting from Premier Inn.The staff member was pleasant and helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again.Although I was with a colleague we had separate rooms and I did not feel particularly safe overnight. My room door did not lock and I put a chair in front of it for security but not ideal

Room and bathroom beautifully clean, comfortable bed, reception staff friendly and helpful, definitely does what it says on the tin and good value for money

Just what you expect from a premier inn, great comfy bed, teas and coffees provided in the room but more available on reception, Laoise on the desk lovely and helpful, provided taxi information for our celebrations, housekeepers were lovely and gave us extra towels on request. great location for what we needed.

No information was giving at time of booking about the bar/restaurant being permanently closed, again when checking in no info about closure of restaurant and no alternative restaurants were given So beware potential customers no food no bar though a Macdonalds and KFC opposite

Simple check in that was friendly and helpful on places to eat, as pub next door closed. Room clean and functional. Good value for money.
