    "Good location and friendly service"
    Pros - excellent location and easy to get into Broughty ferry town centre - a good location for touring the Angus area. - comfortable rooms to usual Premier Inn layout - friendly reception. - room was reasonably quiet - did not hear traffic despite being on the road side of the hotel. Also see cons Cons - whilst road noise pretty well suppressed the whole hotel creaked - had a heavy footed guest above bumping around. Beer garden outside room windows and early morning noise from that. - parking got very full with vans and spaces narrow. - attached restaurant a bit average for breakfast - only coffee flasks and not a machine. Hot food was all acceptable though - we had food first evening and the wait was 40 minutes. Quality only average. -
    "Great"
    Great night's stay, hotel staff were lovely and friendly, room was spotlessly clean and jumped in taxi into Dundee for 80's festival. No complaints whatsoever would definitely stay again
    "A bit disappointed"
    This was a bit disappointing for a premier inn as of late they have been a lot better. However in this one the TV was not working, as it was not a smart TV i thought i could plug in my cast to the USB port but that was not working either, no solution was offered, was just told that it was not working? The breakfast was average, seemed understaffed for the amount of guests so was slow to fill up breads, juice etc.
    "Smelly, untidy room."
    We booked this hotel some weeks ago. Arrival wasn’t the most pleasant as the gentleman. on reception was less than welcoming. We were given keys and misdirected to our room. The smell that hit us as we entered the room was awful. A very pungent drain smell. It also looked as though the bed hadn’t been made. Nothing like the picture on the website. When we went back to reception to explain, we were told that if we were prepared to wait we might get another alternative room but the hotel was full. We asked for a refund but were told that we would have to phone customer services which was closed. We left to return home. A ruined weekend.
    "Premier Stay"
    Nice hotel, room was really clean and at the standard expect from Premier Inn. Cooked to order and continental breakfast buffet with very good options. Can select items from cooked breakfast and poached eggs were perfect. Helpful staff, no iron in room and reception brought one up to room. Although near busy road not noisy and had a sound sleep
