"Consistently good hotel"
We have now stayed at Premier Inn Dundee City Centre twice (most recently 23 August 2026) and had a great experience both times.
Brilliant location, comfortable rooms and ample breakfast. Good value for money.
We did find Dundee city centre quite unsettling at night with individuals drunk or on drugs with a bit of noise and shouting going on. Would not put me off visiting Dundee again but would be mindful of this.

"Leaning, really??"
Although very comfy room, I asked for a room clean at reception, there are posters telling you this. I got back to the room. The bed was as I had left it, made but not amazing..
The only thing I could see that had changed was towels. Toilet not cleaned, basin not cleaned, obviously hadn't been vacuumed, tea and coffee replenished.
Im a little underwhelmed with this

"Excellent location near the railway station"
Visiting relatives in Fife and Tayside I stayed in a sofa bed room for four nights prior to a cruise from Dundee. Room was excellent and afforded my cruise buddy to utilise the sofa bed on the fourth night. The hotel is located in a superb position alongside the River Tay near the RRS Discovery and the V&A. It is a relatively short walk from the Railway station which has a newly refurbished Starbucks and a Costa Coffee within. It was my second visit to the hotel, which also has a Beefeater attached. Staff at both are excellent. I was that impressed with the location and facilities that I have booked another stay in November. You can request maid service daily.

"Dundee Premier Inn stay"
Stopped here whilst visiting family in Scotland. The view of the Tay was fantastic from our room. We had breakfast which was really good. We had a few drinks in the bar which was nice and relaxing but didn't have a meal but it was very busy and suggests the food is good. Close to Dundee centre and the train station. The location was perfect for me for an early morning run along the river.

"Very good"
What a lovely place to have a Premier Inn. First time in Scotland and kiddo and I loved it. Alec is a train enthusiast and for an 18th birthday getaway, this proved the perfect base for four nights.
On entering our room, a cake and bottle for said 18th as well as a banner, a gratitude to Yolanda who arranged this for me. 😊
Also a gratitude to Mariia who resolved a ‘bed to beds’ issue when we arrived somewhat late at night on Thursday 13 August 2026.
If we’re ever in this area or place again, we will use this hotel again
