    "Disappointed"
    We have stayed at this hotel over 20 times since it opened but it’s severely going downhill. The mould on the bathroom and uncleanliness of surfaces being cleaned is terrible. Although the price is reasonable it definitely puts us off staying in future. Plus the parking charge is getting ridiculous!
    "Very Pleased with our Stay"
    It was our wedding anniversary and we could not find any thing wrong with our stay, from Reception to the room, the breakfast and evening meal and the staff all friendly (well it is Scotland) that is why visit regular.
    "Worst Premier Inn I've been to"
    Easily the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. There was a clump of hair on the shower wall. The staff in the restaurant ignored me for 5 minutes then told me it'd be a 30 minute wait for a table (for a table for 1 person), despite there being loads of empty tables. Only positive was the location.
    "Let down"
    Standards have slipped esp with cleanliness ,corridor looked like it hadn't been hovered in months, rooms were so dusty though beds wer clean. Behind bathroom door was filthy and ther were hairs on skirting , Have been going here for years but time to move on, so disappointing !!
    "This hotel not for us"
    Having stayed in many Premier Inns very happily, this one is more Travelodge than Premier. Good points - good location, on site parking, friendly receptionist ( who had to cover housekeeping as well ), comfy bed. Bad points - automatic book in machines not working, one card key didn't work, only towels for 1 person, no glasses for teeth cleaning (apparently supposed to use tea mugs for this), corridor carpets have seen better days, paintwork in bathroom chipped and unsightly, very drab decor - no sign of their signature purple splashes of colour, air conditioning rattled all night and front automatic doors to restaurant not working. These doors are heavy and we seen several people, including me, struggling to open them.

    The River Tay is right in front of the hotel, and a great stay is stretching out ahead of you too, at Premier Inn Dundee Centre. We're just five minutes walk from all the shops, and close to the lively concerts at Slessor Gardens on the waterfront too. Scott's Discovery Ship is waiting for you in the harbour, and there are plenty of other discoveries to be made. What about a round of golf at legendary St Andrews? Or a fascinating trip to the Sensation Science Centre? If you’re looking to explore the lowlands while you’re here, there’s also great transport links get you there in no time.
