Dundee Centre hotel

Very good location easy access to train station and the center. Room was nice bed was comfy and we slept very well all 3 nights We had a room with a view was lovely looking out every morning. Was it value for money probably slightly higher price for what it's worth. Could of had a more of a deep clean but over all genuinely clean nothing like the travel lodge we stayed in after here that was horrendous We didn't have breakfast so can't review that As we had room with a view noise level wasn't a issue slept well only issue is window doesn't open so room can be stuffy so you can't get fresh air in to circulate the room I tried to use self check it and I messed it up a staff member helped check us in was polite no issues.

Really enjoyed my time here hotel room was nice usual premier inn standard a bit on the small side mind ya and getting to the room was weird had to go past other people's rooms to get to it properly not ideal in the night City Centre and area great place would easily come back again for another holiday

Great location in the centre of Dundee. The room was as expected but a nice surprise the air conditioning works very well in the room. The food served in the adjoined Beefeater restaurant on the evening of my stay was delicious, well done to the chef. The staff throughout the hotel are very engaging, professional and a credit to the company and themselves, top notch customer service. The only down side was the breakfast offered in the morning, one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. What a shame, the hotel is one of the best if not the best premier inn I have stayed in but the breakfast was terrible.

We visited Dundee on a day trip by train from Edinburgh last year, so this year we decided to use the city as a base for exploring Scotland for 5 days. The hotel is ideally located for the station, as we were using the train to get around, but it's also handy for the bus to St Andrews too, because that stops right outside the station. The hotel has an on site Beefeater restaurant and a lovely riverside location. It's also right next to the RRS Discovery and visitors centre and the V&A Dundee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 My wife, our toddler, infant, and I recently stayed at Premier Inn for 5 nights, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Travelling with young children can sometimes be challenging, but the warm welcome, excellent service, and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable throughout. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. The breakfast and dinner at Beefeater were exceptional every day. The food was consistently fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of choices for both adults and children. Every meal was something we looked forward to. A very special thank you to Daniel, the Manager on Duty, and Sara for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel truly welcome. We are also extremely grateful to the entire Beefeater team, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service and dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience were evident every day. Thank you all for making our family feel at home and for creating such wonderful memories for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Premier Inn Dundee Riverside and Beefeater to families, couples, and anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, great food, and exceptional hospitality.
